State prepares regions for 211 service

In Pennsylvania, getting help with unpaid fuel bills, unemployment and other problems soon will be as simple as dialing 2-1-1. Pennsylvania will become the 49th state to get a 211 telephone help line, according to Westmoreland United Way officials.

Yeah right. Put a cap on what utility companies can charge. My bill doubled, and I think its all a scam. I vote for generators, and other natural sources for energy. Or just build an out house and put in a water hand pump. Thats what its coming too.
