I heard about this too but cannot confirm what happened to Dr. Merrill regarding her license. She was my dentist too as a child, I know she used straps on me and I cannot go into a dentist office anymore. My mom once told me she was charged with this.

I appreciate Dr Merrill more than I can ever express. I was having extreme tooth pain and most doctors would have recommended a popular course of action. Dr Merrill was able to identify this rare tooth issue and made a few phone calls on my behalf to get me in with one of the few specialist in Charlotte immediately. Thanks to her, I still have the tooth and no damage to gums or bone. She will continue to have my business and my recommendations to friends.

this heffa is psyco. not only did she restrain me but cussed me as well telling me to shutup while i cried my little eyes out at the young age of 7. yes she lost her license to practice on children.she was arrested for child abuse. i am afraid to go to the dentist and i am now 41. teeth falling out my mouth cause of her stupid ass!!!

I know how that woman works. There is not one pt that comes in to that office and after they leave, she has nothing good to say about them. She is miserable, hates people, and can not be nice to anyone. NC labor board needs to step in and shut her office down. Her employee turn around is high, its a revolving door. why anyone would continue to let her treat them is unbelievable...id rather work for a snake then to ever step foot in her office again.

Dr. Sandra Merrill is the ABSOLUTE WORST dentist I have ever been to. She is completely unprofessional in all aspects. I literally sat in the chair waiting for her to come see me and listened to an entire offensive political debate she was having with a coworker for 10 minutes. After the first time I went to see her, I referred my husband, and he never went back. He made several comments on how unprofessional she was and how he didn't like her approach.. On top of that, when I switched dentists (which you will once you go see her) they wouldn't send the new office my X-rays even if I signed a release form. They demanded that I go into their office to get them.

I was left speechless after my visit with Dr. Merrill. She has the absolute worst unprofessional people skills I have ever witnessed. I don't know how she has any patients. I was soooo relieved to leave her office and soooo glad to have to "never go back" I will definitely not refer this woman to anyone!
