ok ok ok if he is not guilty why is he in prison. Conspiracy or someone did not like him come on people wake up. He did not take the plea bargain because he is cualky, considered and arrogant. There is no ifs or buts he did something to a MINOR that was his niece his brothers daughter. NO matter he is guilty he touched a MINOR. and he is a great singer so don't confuse from tejano singer to abusing a MINOR.

Secondly, what is definitely unequivocal is his penchant for unlawful sex with minors. This is the disease eating at our society: Older nut-jobs corrupting our youth! Thirdly, respect the law.
