Regarding last Sunday's front page story, "Harris reinvests in Palm Bay," Harris designed a six-story, $100 million engineering on top of a heavily traveled, four-lane public road, Troutman Boulevard, and rerouted traffic onto Clearmont Street, a dead-end street adjacent to Sleepy Hollow, its only access road and a bike path entrance.
