Halloween Turned Deadly for Fort Osage High School Student - WDAF

Jackson County prosecutors have charged a 19-year-old Blue Springs man with involuntary manslaughter for a drunk-driving death on Halloween Night, dressed as a character from the movie "Night of a Thousand Corpses." Kenneth Scott Blake II has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of 16-year-old Laura Reynolds.

This excuse for a human being should be charged with second degree murder. He chose to drink, he chose to drive. He made the choices that ended this young girl's life. He should spend the next 25-30 years in prison. No questions asked.

and unbeliveably they tried to lower the bond from $75,000. i knew her.
