Good job jurors. Samantha deserved everything she got. And as for her family of "25" showing up in court for support. Support should have been shown years ago when Samantha obviously had issues that escalated into murder. As for her three year old daughter, I wish her well, with another family, and good guidance.

Hell is waiting for Samantha, her journey is just beginning. Lock her up, and store the key for 25 years. Good riddance to her.

She does deserve the sentence she got, but it makes you wonder what happened in this girls life to make her commit such an act. Its a damn shame and now there is a 3 year old left behind to be raised by the same people that raised Samanatha? I can only shake my head !!!

First for the family of '25' that showed in court to support Samantha- How do you all know so much...When a young innocent girl gets mixed up with the wrong crowd and she 'thinks' she is in love, there is nothing that anyone can do stop that. Some people have to learn for themselves. Samantha was raised by a wonderful, loving family. This is not their fault! They tried and tried and tried with her. She did what she wanted when she wanted once she turned 18. You can only tell someone so many times that they need to stop making the wrong decisions, some people just dont listen. YOU ALL WERE NOT THERE during the trial you DID NOT hear the 'trash' talk, the 'trash' that she was associating herself with. Samantha had a very bright future, until she met that Covington trash, the trash that at one time she 'trusted' she 'thought' they were her friends, in reality they signed Samantha's judgement that day by lying on the stand. Once trash always trash. Samantha was wrong in what she did, she should not have been there, I think it says a lot that she did not continue that night, instead she went home, where she has always belonged. There is a saying that everyone should always remember...'dont throw stones when you live in a glass house' Until you know the whole story maybe you should keep your mouths shut.

From your own words..........She got what she deserved. She's a big girl who knew right from wrong. Afterall, she did come from a wonderful family...your words again. Now she can sit in jail and think about it. She's a POS, Good Riddance.

How people talk about others and about the world around them is just a reflection of what they think of themselves.
And it's sad that people post crappy nasty things about others on here just to make themselves feel good and they get some kind of pleasure out of it. Says more about them than it does the one they talking about, and they usually don't know what their talking about or just venting nasty opinions.
Good people make mistakes. Bad people make mistakes. Young people who have problems and are confused at a young age need help, not criticism. Good or bad unless you can post a picture of you on here walking on water, then you have no right to judge the mistakes of others.

Do every one of you come from a good up standing family that hasn't made mistakes or has it's "black sheep"?
Have you or anyone in your family ever made a poor decision that they regretted and wished they could change?
We all have and this girl is the same. I don't know her, don't know nothing about her or her situation, but obviously she has made some extremely poor choices and has to live with them the rest of her life and so does those that are a part of her life including a young child.
I've made some damn poor choices, been caught up with the really wrong group of people and I am very lucky and grateful to be alive, can any of you relate?
How would you react if this one of your family members?
Would you support them and love them unconditionally? Or would you join in a bitchfest on here and trash talk them?
No matter what - good or bad, scum trash or citizen of the year, mistakes or not, the fact is she is still a human being who needs love and support from her family and friends just as every single one of you do in one way or another.
To her family and friends, not everyone is judgmental and nasty like some of these people on here. There are good and caring people in this world, their just hard to find amongst all the jackasses out there. I don't know you all but I will pray for some peace and healing towards her and her family.
