First and for all you must have a few things to get though life,As a respectable person!First Have a Job, Pay your Rent,or House payment,Car payment to get to work with,And elec water gas, etc. People who think they need a hand out don't pay there rent and use others to get there needs met Isnt the right way. Sponge off people take advantage of good people and then turn it around where the good person is the bad one, Been there and it isnt fun. I stand beside Mr Mcmolly and I do rent from him, He is the best landlod we have ever had couldnt ask for a better one honestly.Free loaders mess it up for good tentants.. Tear up others propertys think they can take what isnt there. I can really keep going and I am only a renter. No I'll Stay with My Landlord He's the best.. Mr Mcmolly !

KSA 58-2553(a)1 says in part..."(1) Comply with the requirements of applicable building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety."

It doesn't say specifically the the landlord can't remove the front door, however; removing the door could arguably be considered to affect the health and safety of the tenant if the door was removed in cold weather.

In my opinion, the rental agreement was broken if the tenant didn't pay the agreed upon rent when it was due, but the landlord has the burden of giving three days WRITTEN notice that the rent has not been paid and if not paid in three days then the rental agreement is terminated. Eviction papers can be served at that time, but it involves the courts and sheriff and up to thirty additional days for the tenant to occupy the premises. Of course the landlord can sue for back rent, but that usually doesn't do any good...

I have no idea whether McMolly served a written non payment of rent notice or not.

It is too bad people don't just pay their rent as agreed.

I also noticed that damage and missing items were reported to the police on the house in question by Mrs. McMolly a couple of days later.

Why is everybody going crazy. Molly has not denied that he took the doors off the house. He is willing to have his day in court. Remember this is America and he should be able to act on his own behalf. His intention was not to harm the children or anyone else. They were not harmed in any way. He even told the police he would allow them to stay at his BB until the mother was found.

As for the charges.

In the bible it states chapter 5 verse 2-3

Thou can remove the door of a dwelling that you own. For non payment of sheckles.

If it's in the bible it must be true.

Jesus often said

Put up or shut up.

Always the voice of calm logic. No one asked the right questions till now.

The answer is ko I did not go the way of the
Courtd.
And nothing will be done about the theft. The police will say it is a civil mater. I will visit tomorrow to find out with the police. Then I will go and get them myself.

Wait till the dust clears on that.

Suppose all of my detractors will failt me for that.

Frank would never do any of those evil things. He is a good man who helps his renters as much as he can. Go ahead and ask them if you don't beleive me. These renters must have lied to him and been a lot behind on the rent to have him take off the doors. If i were him i would take these slanderous remarks and sue the liers who are posting here.

Explain to me why holcoum was able to get a new rent at 208 s 12th st. and would not pay the rent to Frank. Seems like Frank might have been right. I pity the new owner, wait till they stop paying him.

It's because they've never taken responsibility for themselves. They always want to place the blame on everyone else and that's why we end up paying for their stupidity and laziness.

Class has definately shown itself here, going after a 15 year old girl. Children are reflections of the world around them, you should really think before you speak.
Seems the mother should be taking your comment into consideration if she is all that has been said.? Just WHAT kind of example has SHE set?
If the 16 year old is living with a 27 year old and it has not been brought to authorities attention then she must be considered an adult enough to be holding a part time job to help with rent and her boyfriend should have been helping to pay it. Maybe they show have kicked out the momma and taken over the rent and she could live where the casinos are!
