Now that would be irony. Using a guy as a lawyer that you went to school with, Kind of makes you feel a little low.

I'll plug for Borders also, just have $$$$$$$$$$ However after so many DUI's you're pretty much at mercy of mandatory sentencing guidlines. There's a way to get around all this tho'- don't drive after drinking! You could be endangering,,,,,,,, ME!

Well, I went home with the waitress
The way I always do
How was I to know
She was with the Russians, too

I was gambling in Havana
I took a little risk
Send lawyers, guns and money
Dad, get me out of this

I'm the innocent bystander
Somehow I got stuck
Between the rock and the hard place
And I'm down on my luck
And I'm down on my luck
And I'm down on my luck

Now I'm hiding in Honduras
I'm a desperate man
Send lawyers, guns and money
The shit has hit the fan

Send lawyers, guns and money...

Thanks for the tip, Your gonna have to convince alot more people then me of that. Just cause they are not getting caught doesn't mean they aren't doing it.

So true, so true. Is this your first time? Fourth time? I was only trying to suggest you might change your ways, not everybody else's ways! Their time will come, trust me. Just hope it is not you or me or loved ones they take down or out with them. I got my DWI when 18 years old. I deserved everything I had coming to me. Before that time I can't even fathom the number of times I woke up the next day, and had NO IDEA what happened the night before, let alone how I drove home. So, I'm no stranger to the driving drunk syndrome. Alcohol is a dangerous DRUG, and should be treated with great RESPECT. Responsibility is key in using it. We can all benefit from the saying " do the drug, but don't let the drug do you ". I,m way older now and still enjoy some drinking, but with all my experience I've gained much respect for what it can do to me, and now I know when enough is enough! Remember this- what goes up, eventually comes down, what goes around, comes around! Good luck to you!

Borders?! No way! Outrageously expensive with mixed results. Jeffrey Gettler is who you need to call. or even Jeff Chubb. That's a good firm.

Actually, Tim was my defense on my DWI, many moons ago, and did a fine job. Bruce kept me from doing 12 years in prison! And yes, it COST me! But was worth it cause they tell me prison is not a nice place! I paid all my dues and straightened up my ass! Breakin the law? The LONG ARM of the law WILL GET YOU!!
