Good, honest roofing contractor

I have a house in Neodesha that I am needing roofed. Who is a good reliable, trustworthy roofing contractor around the area?

I have two suggestions: Franco Roofing out of Coffeyville and Falcon Roofing out of rural Independence. Both are good and efficient.

I have used Falcon Roofing for two jobs, one big and one small. Did a great job on both. Very fast and cleaned up really well. I highly recommend them. MIght cost slightly more than others, but the fast and professional job they did was worth every penney.

Rick South of Rick South Roofing is a great roofing contractor. If you set an appointment for a bid on your roof, he'll show up (unlike Falcon Roofing and some of the others). He'll do the job well, give you a great warranty, and if there's a problem (which there always may be with a new roof), he's right there to fix it and make it right for you. I've worked with a lot of roofers, and he's probably the best. Good luck on your roof job.

I agree with "Answer" 100%. 99.9999% of the time the Falcon Roofing guy and others don't show up. Rick South shows up, does a great job, and fixes any of the typical problems associated with new roofs. Over the course of the last 15 years, I've lived in two different houses and Rick's put new roofs on both of them. I just bought another house as a rental property and when the time comes for that place to have a new rood, I'm going to call Rick to do the job. I think you'll be more than happy with him.

whatever you do dont use B&B Roofing out of Coffeyville they do a poor job he uses cut rate shingles some are damaged and when hes done half your stuff will be missing.

I am having H & H Roofing, Josh Heller, do my house on Maple, starting a week from Monday. He is very well recommended and I looked at several jobs he did before deciding. Mine has tearoff of 2 layers and wood shingles with decking and is a 2 story, so it's a big job & his price is very reasonable.

I had this guy do some work for me because he came highly recommended by insurance agents.(Wondered if they knew him or his family but didn't know about his actual work.) What I got was a terrible job that I had to pay someone else to fix. If it's not too late, I'd say stop him and get South Roofing.

It is too late to change, so I'll need to watch closely. What sort of problems did you have?

South Roofing did a roof for me last year.

He showed up to do the estimate one day after I called him, then measured the roof, and calculated the estimate on the spot before he left.

He fit in the work within a week after I called him to approve it. He had a fast and efficient crew that cleaned up everthing before they left.

South was recommended by my realtor. I did not know him prior to that and have no other affiliation with him. I would trust him again and I highly recommend him.
