To senior citizen, Reno, Nv. Forgot you can not read mine mind. Since we as consumers are by circumstances of world events forced to pay more, it also affects regents budget and they are compeled to increase tuition fees. In plane simple english, since you are affected by Alzheimer disease, I will print this opinion; opposed to mediocrity point advantage system for higher institutional education of: Affirmative Action entry. Know what I mean Vern???
