If you eat fast food of any kind, if you eat processed and ready-to-eat food of any kind, if you drink soft drinks, if you eat non-organic grass fed beef please take a look at this site. This documentary on corn is currently being aired on PBS. Shocking to say the least. Corn is in just about every convenience food today and is making us fat. Yes, fat. Did you know that a t-bone steak from a grass fed cow contains 1.5 g of saturated fat and a t-bone steak from a corn fed cow (which is 90% of cows in America) contains a whopping 9 g of saturated fat? The American public should start demanding healthier beef, chicken and pork. Did you know the government pays farmers to NOT grow crops? Did you know the government pays/subsidizes farmers to grown cheap, starchy corn that is put into just about everything we eat today? I would really urge anyone conscious about what you're putting in your childrens bodies, in your bodies to read this website and watch the documentary. Corn also contains aflatoxins which are carcinogenic and NEVER EVER leave your body.

I think you are right about the junk food etc. However today I spent about 45 min in bathroom and there could not be anything left in my body even the carcinogenics. I lost several pounds.

actually i live in a far worse place..Monahans (only for the short term)
the ponca city designation is the location of the ISP that i am connected to the Internet as i type this message(i am also a techie :)

i venture to dfw some weekends for the best sushi (other than Tokyo)....

maybe monahans can develop a "sushi farm" similar to the catfish farms i believe one were there...
or maybe the good mayor has that business venture already scoped out??

I think that they were arrested and deported to Mexico. They were in possession of illigal corn sqeezers.
