The police report says, "Suspect was combative so I called for back up." How combative can one person be when they are wearing a spit hood, hand cuffed behind the back, legs bound with a belt, and seat belted in the front seat. You must have been nervous. Because you pulled over first but didn't see your buddies so you got on your radio and said, "Suspect is combative let me see your lights" Sitting on the side of the street waiting were your co-workers. You know what you did to me. I'm just curious of something. My police report does state the transporting officer but could I please see the two other reports that never made it to the police report the prosecutor had. OR a matter of fact the two statements that my public defender would not fight for me to get. Can someone in the police department help me figure out who beat me while bound and then was corrupt with the paperwork. please please, just curious who you are?

When: Many moons ago. Where: Jefferson County Missouri. FTR Topix is sketchy. I get weird phone calls sayin' I saw your TOPIX comments. Oddly enough it's from people who I wasn't even aware that they surfted the internet.

Here's an add on. The Police got a letter of confinement signed by the hospital after they stitched me up and then when we left the hospital they beat me and when i could barely walk into the jail no one would give me the attention required because the police kept sayin' the hospital said he was ok to be here...I couldn't walk, stand or nothing for a couple weeks..everything was a painful task.

Byrnes Mill is corrupt. Why don't we just go with county? There is no reason to have this kind of corruption from over weight police academy rejects.

I personally have never had any run ins with the Byrnes Mill Department so I must let them stay out of this. But Hello Jefferson County. I know it must be scary sometimes having to man up to gangsters like me but honestly. not only do you tag team up on people, you use specialty tools, and falsify documents. i know there are some goods ones out there but i am in search for the ones who are Corrupt. I wish there was a website for blogs on officers. Good OR Bad. let officers reputation be put out there for everyone to see. They are given too many priveleges and make the Badge look bad. To those of you that serve and protect to the fullest; i salute you. Unfortunately it's over a year since my attack so there is nothing i can do but just know you are not real cops and will soon be seen for who you are. family's or not..it's always nice when a cop gets to see their family from behind bars..

If what you say is true, why haven't you retained a Atty and why haven't you made a complaint at the Sheriffs Office or with the FBI??? I call Bullshit!

Any Defense Atty would jump on that in a heartbeat. You must be full of shit! There are bad cops out there just like any other profession. If these officers did what you say they did they would have already been indicted! When they aren't, you did something pretty bad and deserved to get your ass kicked!

Oh, and you admitted you are a "Gangster". Gangsters have no business in our society and belong in prison or 6 feet under.
