It benefited no one. A sham is a sham is a sham. The whole investigation is a sham and a shame. If one were to conduct a proper investigation, using proper protocol, asking the right questions instead of leading ones, that would be an independent investigation, this was not and is unacceptable no matter what the interviews revealed. There is no justification for this investigation and the fruits of it are tainted.

Again, I wouldn't be complaining. It benefitted Mr. Moss. Most likely he will win his lawsuit because of it.

The people that didn't benefit were the citizens who will now have to pay Sweeney to handle another lawsuit and the city will have to pay higher insurance premiums (assuming the city's coverage isn't dropped) after a healthy settlement is paid out.

Not complaining, you are. I am merely asking if you know your facts before you speak or are you going off the words of others. Jesus Christ, Joseph, and Mary do the research yourself......... The proof is in the pudding if you will look. It's black and white...

Answer the question, did you or did you not read or listen to the investigation? If you did not then ZIP it because you know of nothing you are speaking about. PERIOD.....

Maybe you need to read a little better. Earlier in the thread I said I read it. Point me to the audio and I'll listen to it. Where is the audio available?

So you must have read for a big part of the investigation them badgering Omar like he was the one on trial over the word of ken, Kenny mr.moss? WTF ?? You thought that was ok? If so you are crazy. You think it is ok for McBroom to sit in on all of that? If so your crazy.

You can ask Sweeny for a copy. You'll have to sign to get it though. If you went to council mtgs you would be better informed. According to God rest her soul, Cricky the audio was horrible. What was said in the audio portion was wayyyyyy off from the paper copy. Retread the paper copy and listen to the audio. Make your own judgement.

I doubt Chet would take this case if he didnt think he could hit it out of the ball park. He is to well known for nonsense.

At least it's not YOU. The citizens voted two to one against you. You should take the hint. We don't need a Mayor who suggests to people that they go kill themselves.

Posting anonymous again. Going to make the false claim of fear of retaliation again?

I think the Moss payout should be at least double what boondoggle got. She was called a bi@&h said a third party. He was taken in a back room and threatened. A mayor just doesn't get to threaten someone's life, reputation, business and livelyhood.
Now you really have twisted the facts. He didn't threaten his life in the least. It's funny how the story is changing. Keep changing the story like that and they're going to have a hard time proving Moss' case in court. The jury will think he is lying with the story changing. Maybe Kenny should ask you to quit posting about his case so he can try to save it.

Just what kind of life would one have if they ruined his family, business, reputation and livelyhood?

I read earilier you really don't care if there is corruption within the city of arnold as long as Doris was not mayor.
Is that true?
I'm saying the voters voted and apparently they don't believe Doris. According to the vote I think they believe she is just going on witch hints.

A loss by a two to one vote is something to be ashamed of in my opinion. It definitely tells me that there is something wrong that they didn't want her in.

The above Anonymous Guttersnipe Mouth of the South, who hasn't taken a chance or stood up publicly for anything in her life, doesn't understand that just the fact someone dares run for any position in this town is a sign of real courage and an accomplishment in itself. Going up against the uber corrupt good old boys is no easy task. There is no shame warranted when one loses, the pride is they stepped up to the plate in the first place.

Nope, that's not it. Maybe they're not as corrupt as you're making them out to be. Maybe they aren't the ones that are corrupt. Rosenfeld came out pretty good thanks to those corrupt people and no thanks to her.

The shame comes in the horrible behavior exhibited at the polling place. I understand the video is up on YouTube if anybody wishes to watch someone try to squash freedom of speech.

Gee it must be tough going thru life with gak between your ears.
Moss isn't backing down. So how much do you wanna bet his settlement will be reached ? Well you know ...after peewee strings it out long enough to fill his pockets.
I backed Moss. I don't back you. I don't back people who twist the facts...people like you.

You can try to believe that, but people think for themselves. You just don't get it do you? YOUR antics cost you the election. Denial isn't just a river in Egypt.

That's funny, Moss did not back Counts, he backed Doris, so you didn't back him after all. Anyway, this is not about the Mayor's race it is about the suit filed against Swindler and his Merry Men, Shockey and Counts and Queen of the Rec Center. How much will Ken end up with? Should be more than Ozark, Boone and Ott combined!

On here I backed him in his suit. It's all in black and white. But then you LOVE to try to mix them to make gray.

And a lot of Moss' case where he said he was "threatened" is hearsay. Nobody heard him but those that were in the room with him and they out number him, so it appears that Moss is lying with a more people telling the same story which differs from his. The only thing he has for him is the media attention the case received (which is wouldn't have if someone didn't stand in front of the mic as a "resident" during public session and speak essentially throwing him under the bus) and the sham investigation.

Anything you say is hearsay! The liars are the Mayor, the City Administrator and the city attorney. Do you know how you can tell they are lying? Their lips are moving! What they did was illegal. The closed session was illegal. They haven't got one shred of integrity. Mr. Moss was thrown under the bus by the people he trusted most. It only proves they eat their young around here, like hamsters to protect their hold on power over the people.
