BEWARE of Extreme Lifestyles Tattoo shop in Imperial off 61/67. They were just on Fox 2 News for doing both shotty (horrible) tattoo work and tattooing minors. They are under investigation by Jeffco Police.
Just went to this shop on saturday, and It was the best shop Ive been in in missouri. The people are so friendly, there veryyyyy clean, they do cheap work, if as cheap as 109/hr on sleeves, and they do great work. I'd stay away from Blu moon, Enchanted drangon. there over priced rude.

As for all you talking grit on Craig and Extreme Lifestyles I went to his shop for the first time on March 8th 2012 and I Had My 9 Year old daughter with me who picked out my tatoo. He was GREAT!!!!!! He has a very light hand and I barley felt it. As for his shop it was very clean, as a matter of fact one of the cleanest I've ever been to. He is well mannered, doesnt even smoke cigs. And never once did I feel freightened for my daughter. So the next time you have something to say say it to his face or all of our faceS!!!! As a matter of fact I invited him and his girlfriend to my daughters birthday party!!!

my thoughts exactly....i have 2 other tattoos and jus got one done there, the owner is the cleanest tattoo artist and biggest perfectionist i've ever seen as far as tattoo shops go. and the one i jus got from there is the best one i have so far. i plan to get more, and no other tattoo artist will ever do work on me again. he's my guy. i would recommend him to anyone. fuck them haters

I would never trust someone who was a bad artist to tattoo my chest where the whole world could see it. So Craig Rich was a painter a computer graphics designer and he's a tattoo artist and a damn good one.

I saw a flyer posted on the Schnucks bulletin board in Festus & was quite shocked that someone with a criminal record that has been charged as a sex offender is allowed to practice a trade that caters to minors & young people in general. Normally I would never respond to something like this until I realized this is the place my daughter had patronized to get a belly button piercing. Curious I looked up your criminal record & must applaude the person(s) for having the courage to put the spotlight on you & your criminal background. True, it is humiliating, but it IS public record & we as citizens & neighbors have a right to know who is living/working next door to us.
I am also a proud supporter of the freedom of information act & i am also a believer that people can change. Unless of course it has to do with someone charged with the criminal sexual misconduct of children/women or the elderly. That in itself shall remain a dark cloud over your head that will follow you wherever you go. With that said, I hope that whatever you post in the future on this ridiculous rant & rave that you use common sense as people will always judge you on your criminal records & on how you react to what others say.
Freedom of information act can be a painfull sword to fall on if your not carefull.
Unless you know the person or the supposed "criminal act" that was committed then maybe you should continue to refrain from posting such pompass & misleading comments. So, i guess if your daughter was 17 & she had an 18 or 19 year old boyfriend you would deem that person as a criminal sex offender? You know, i myself have been such a victim & i know the difference between two teens dating & true sexual misconduct. I truly hope that this opens the eyes of some of you know-it-all, gossip loving hens......stick to your soap operas if you want drama. Life is waaaay to short to hate, especially on people you DON'T know & when you DON'T know the true stories behind the events. Don't worry about others splinters..........

WTF is "shirtwork"? Take care of your tattoos & you won't have to worry about getting an infection, btw, staph is a bacteria that lives on all of us, not something that someone gives you! I got a staph infection from a bug bite! Oh, & staff are the people that work at my store, or the doctors office...

All you witch hunters out there hating on someone that you don't even know need to get a real life and stop persecuting other people because of your miseries. Fact is, there are some real creeps out there that would go for young children, CHILDREN are not 17, a child is someone that dont get to make decisions for themselves because they are under the constant care and supervision of their parents. How much control did your parent(s) have on you when you was 17?..Oh wait, mud slinging, hiding behind a screen, mis quoting facts, plugging in a website that has nothing to do with criminal charges and basically being a hater- You are the Biggest witch hunting, puss I have ever seen.
Craig does awesome work, is professional, clean, and quite frankly is proud to be infamous as far as you are concerned! In fact, if any one need to be witch hunted, its people like you!

I have been trying to find a good place to get a tatoo. A memorial to my mom. I think that this is the place to get it. I am looking forward to it. I have learned that when someone starts trouble like this for another person, it usually is out of pure hate and jealousy. So guess what it has made me WANT to get a tattoo here instead of staying away.
I work at a hospital and Staph is something you have on your body and if you don't take care of yourself or your tat you will get infected. so stop blaming someone else.

I recently went in here for a small tribute to my dad and a dermal piercing on my hip. After searching for a website to this place for additional work to cover up an older tattoo, I stumbled in this clusterfuck of drama. All I can say is wow. I met the owner for the first time when I went in. Alone. I never felt threatened, uncomfortable, or weary. Despite what his past may or may not contain is completely irrelevant. Kids do not belong in tattoo shops. Period. There are a lot of things minors have no business doing. I probably did all of them. I made it out ok. I have a career, a family I pay my bills and I have my own healthcare. I happen to like ink and piercings. Craig the owner was totally laid back, professional, answered all my questions and totally made me feel at ease. So... Bottom line is those who live in glass houses should not throw stones and if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Very basic humanity. Craig, I wish you the best and don't give up!

I am a 49 year old female. Got 2 tattoos from Craig Oct. 2013. It is now March 2014-time to start wearing short sleeve & showing tats on my forearm. Was in the cosmetic counter of Macy's-very professional young woman commented on how pretty the feather is on my left arm-it is feminine & yes, in my opinion Classy.it-a woman behind the counter of West County Mall said it was pretty-she was very professionly dressed & made up-nothing white trash about her. Be careful who you call white trash. Maybe the place is not the "nicest" but Craig treated me nice. The sex offender thing-well, nowadays "they" are ready to label everyone with being some kind of offender. The bottom line is for me, went in, got 2 tattoos that make me happy, thought the price was fair. Craig may not be perfect but nobody is. Nobody.

I am actually good friends with the owner of Extreme Lifestyles and I can vogue he is FAR from a freaking sex offender. Your accusations are irreverent and ridiculous. Instead of throwing out rumors that aren't true, why don't you find a different hobby?! If you have nothing better to do than say untrue things that could actually damper not only his career but his life than I feel very, very sorry for you.

Also, I would like to point out that Craig does beautiful artwork and not only is he my tattoo artist but I consider him to be one of my best friends. He doesn't do anything but go out of his way for others! He would give the shirt off his own back to someone in need and I find it funny that half of you don't even know him nor met him-yet, here you are throwing crap out to damper his reputation. It's quite pathetic and rather irritating. He doesn't tattoo anyone under the legal age nor does he pierce them! So, once again, you people are speaking falsely. Good try though. Oh, by the way I have four tattoos done by him that are awesome and three tattoos done by other shops that he has to fix because THEY ARE SHITTY TATTOOS. The ink is faded in them and they are out of line, etc.
