How do these Jefferson County Mo prosecutors sleep at night? What they do is a complete injustice outrage, and they have NO REGARD to protect the children in our community against sexual predators. Wegge, I will be the FIRST registered Jefferson County citizen to vote YOU, AND YOUR LOSER TEAM OUT! You are a COMPLETE failure to our children! Thank you for reading our story below
We have just learned that this criminal case 07JE-CR01286-01 - ST V FRANK A LINDLEY was dropped in Jeff Co. How could this possibly happen? My daughter has not been told, and I am not sure how to tell her. Why would the Jeff Co PA office just close this case after it was turned over to criminal circuit court when the judge heard my daughters testimony last July 2007, and bonded the sexual predator over? This is just another act of outrage through the justice system. This child molester is celebrating, and the victim is victimized AGAIN. My daughter was forced to address this man in court last summer with a preliminary hearing. It took incredibly too long to get to that point The thought of this man hurting another little girl is imminent. How do these people sleep at night? I have no idea how to tell my daughter. I have no idea where to even go from here. This kind of criminal freedom has got to stop. Is there anything else we can do?

You can't do anything about Jefferson County they are all crooked. I know Judges and attorneys who should have trouble sleeping at night. Just remember what goes around comes around. I would like to say that Judge Darell Missey and his court are a bunch of liars and cheats and God knows who they are.

Just think you some of you voted Obama in.... He is the most liberal guy around. You know liberals the guys who think criminals need another chance the guys who think sexual predators should be rehabilited instead of in jail. And the same goes for the rest of the damn democrat party in general. But you guys vote the assclowns in then bitch when they let child molesters and rapists go!!! Wake up America!!!!

Not sure what to think about all this but I did a search on Wegge on something unrelated and found this. My daughter has been called to court for a simple ticket that we tried to have a lawyer fix. 20 miles over the speed limit - is that a big deal in traffic law these days?

It appears this Forrest can only run backwards.

While surfing the web, I came across the forum section and began to read. I was particulary stunned by the comments about the probation officer. Why in heavens name would a probation officer who supervises alcohol offenses, be drinking in her office during work hours, or for that matter drinking in her office anytime. Are you people saying that court officials have actually joined her at these parties? Where did these other drinking parties occur? Surely not in a bar or at the courthouse? Someone please provide an answer. As someone who is not involved in the judicial process, I do not understand this.
THis is not the first and last time we all know who we are talking about. The probation officer also has been going bar to bar drinking and riding her trike harley and passing out pens and cooler cups in her name and services. This was recently in Oct. 2010. As far as the prosecuting attorney goes and for the rest of the corrupt clan at the court house and some of their officers that patrol pretending to protect us, they all need to be drug and alchohol tested besides be banned from their duties. I know for a fact that this goes on. Come on Jefferson county it's time to speak up. Not everyone can hide here after all everyone that lives here know's someone who knows someone you can't hide everything look where you live it's even talked about on radio shows how bad Jeff county is. After all we are #1 for meth and if that isn't bad enough we now have a problem with heroin. When are they going to protect the good and really punish the bad, are is that because they are part of it?

I have to be on the defense for the probation officer. I know her personally and can say with 1000's of clients that there are a few that are unhappy, like any business. I know there are several clients that go through her program successfully have came back and thanked her for changing their lifes. She reports and her offices employees work long late hours reporting there offenders and violaters. She has had 10 years of private probation experiece prior to starting her own. She has worked hard her whole live to scrape by raising 2 children as a single mother and when she had the oppertunity to start her own and better her life, she did, risking everything. If you knew her personally you would be proud of her and respect her. As far as what she does on her time off, enjoying a motorcycle ride at a friends restaurant or bar, who are you to critisize, shes not been charged or convicted of a crime. And lastley your comment about her accusation of theft, do some more research on that. If you did you would find both the 2 private probation services in jefferson county were no more qualified and are bigger snakes than what you accuse her of being. this is why she started her own.

You are defending this prosecuting attourney? that is a complete failure in the name of justice. I was 8 years old, frank a lindley destroyed my family.. And as I was trying to comprehend that as an 8 year old girl, this same worthless human being had the gall to molest and rape me, stealing my innocence while my world had crumbled-- This went on for years.. The threats, waking up scared because this man is attempting to molest a little year girl. All I had was my baby brother, 3 years younger than me. It fucked with him so profoundly, he was full of anger, hate, betrayal, etc. My baby brother just passed away of A drug overdose. I found my baby brother lifeless... And knew the underlying problem. Frank Alan lindley is out free because of the incompetence of this system. HOW DARE you defend this person?! They allowed a child rapist to walk free. And you are defending this? A family destroyed, but to you it's no big deal. I feel sorry for your soulless existence.

If you pressure prosecutors too much they will start imprisoning the innocent just to cover their own ass. It seems to me the druggies have one thing right, just stop trying, because you'll never win in a world full of short sighted loud mouth fear mongering hypocrites. Myself partially included.

As a whole our judicial system sucks. It is all a money making scam between the courts, lawyers & stupid ass probation officers. They all benefit from stupid classes they send you to, while there you meet other drug offenders. Smart. You have the probation officers that took a few classes and boom, they think they are God. They lie as bad as the cops. Probation is worthless. They put rules that as an adult are totally ridiculous. Even if your little petty crime had nothing to do with drinking or drugs, you can't be in a bar or drink at all. How stupid is that. They set everyone up for failure. The judges & their proscecutors are a joke and unfair as they come. If I had someone to lobby with, I would try my hardest to get a lot of things done. Everything they do, they want to collect some kind of fee or send you to some useless class, etc. Two people could do the exact same thing, neither one have any background and one of them gets extreme sentence and the other barely gets anything. What a joke Probation officers can just not show up or be there when you get there, mind you after you have taken of work and wasted gas to get there for them to say "she's not here today, you will have to reschedule". If you didn't show up, you get violated. It is all fucked up. A rapist gets 2-3 years & someone viewing porn gets 8 or 9 years. Big problem there.

First of all, probation officers are required to obtain a minimum of at least a bachelors degree (which you probably are clueless as to how many classes that entails bc 4 years of college is far from "a few classes". Secondly, as far as I know looking at porn is not illegal (unless in your case it was CHILD PORN!) Maybe instead of bashing the legal system you should keep your nose clean and stay the hell out of trouble! Sincerely, HATER OF REPEAT OFFENDERS WHO BLAME EVERYONE ELSE FOR THEIR PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!
