Look it people. Brian & Leigh never invested a dine. We were just good friends. A few laughs, a good wine. No investment at all. They've got nothing to do with any of this at all. Period. Are they witnesses.I really don't care.

This is where the wheelin and dealin will take place. Once all the evidence is put in front of their high-price lawyers, they will be allowed to enter a plea, however, the plea will include doing time.

With a plea, they're looking at three to five, not to mention some hefty restituion. Mark my words, I have been in some discussions with some people in the know.

Mark my words --- three to five and six figures...

NYS is a at will work state, non-competes are pretty much worthless and never hold up in court.

He's going to try to save his own arse, but he can only put so much on the other monkeys in this circus. He can't lay enough off on the others to keep him away from doing time, therefore the dancing can only go so far. A little square dancing here and a bit of rumba there, but the bottom line is that he'll be heading downstate for a vacation --- well-deserved from what I am hearing.

I 100% agree with that comment. Typical in a multi arrest situation the perpetrators end up feeding on each other. I predict 1-3 years Scalise will end up taking the brunt of the penalty and will get 3-5 years! I could be wrong just going on speculation based on my intel. The could be behind bars by next x-mas! However white collar crime so who knows that could get lucky or a good Jew lawyer!

I guess there's more to this now, and it doesn't look too pretty for the Fab Four. The DA got more info. this week. Now he wishes that the bails were higher. Too late. The bails should have been higher originally anyway.
This new info. is a nail in the proverbial coffin. It doesn't look good for Moe, Curly, Larry and Shemp. Maybe they needed Cousin Joe Besser on their team also.
Yup, the Three Stooges and Shemp take a ride...

Jeffy can't prosecute the case. Crandall can't be the judge. Perhaps the case won't go into the big Herkimer County DA Office black abyss like the baby homicide and the two killings in Old Forge. 4

Carpenter wants it. He wants to be the hero that he thinks he always is. This one will be an ego-booster for him. There's nothing saying that he can't prosecute this. What are you talking about?

Jeffy's best bud and biggest contributor to his campaign is the owner of Fiberdyne. Conflict of interest, buckaroo. He won't be able to prosecute. Check for yourself.

It's not a conflict of interest unless someone really pushes the issue, which won't happen. Therefore, no conflict of interest. This thing isn't going to be taken outside this county and therefore, Carpenter gets to play the game. Chess (or politics)anyone?

because of Crandall. He protects lewd crude couples like Celecki and Randazzo. Why? He wants some action from her. He'll never get reelected. If youre guilty hope you get Crandall.

You obviously aren't aware that Jeffy appointed a special prosecutor to handle the case and that Crandall recused himself as a judge. Get your information right. It was in the original news article. The special prosecutor is from Utica.

Grand jury was handled by special prosecutor. Carpenter already asked to be removed from it.

Next court date is this month. Looks like a trial sometime in May! Would love to see that shrimp get it in the can! He was such a pathetic little thing to begin with!
