With Mayor Don Kurth (RC), Mayor Pro Tem Acquanetta Warren (Fon), Mike Morrell, and Mayor Pro Tem Pat Gilbraith (Red.) all running for the same seat as Republicans, this article mentions Paul Chabot?

He is mentioned because the Republican Party is deathly afraid of a black woman winning this race, so they are running 4 people against her in the primary after they backed away from their initial endorsement of her. Back room hopes are that the vote will be split enough to deny her the party nomination. There is still backwards thinking in the I.E.

A private investigator disclosed to me that Emmerson did not live in Redlands in 2003 when he ran for the 63rd assembly district, that he in fact lived in Hemet. He should not run. It is not a question of his ability, it is an issue of representation of those you were elected to serve. The 37th senate seat is for those not bound to finish an obligation to the 63rd assembly district residents.
Oh, I forgot we are not represented the lobbyists are!

Chabot or "Dr. Chabot" as he calls himself is a fake. The front runner is Kurth, followed closely by Morell and than Warren. Chabot is somewhere 10-20 pts behind.

I still remember Gilbraith's announcement in the RDF right across from it was the article about The Howard Jarvis group wanting to sue Redlands for the JPA which she initially endorsed. This seat is too important to be trusted to her she has some Anthony Adams in her.
