Was there a black out in that area last night?

That's a bad crosswalk at night. The freeway, otherwise known as Florida Ave, doesn't slow down much through town. I think with the police cuts the speeders are getting way out of control, again. I was going the speed limit down San Jacinto St. and a car passed me over a double line, and then at the intersection I was passed on the right side. I guess if you aren't speeding ain't nobody happy. So, small wonder if a person is on foot at night they are taking their life in their hands.

You have to realize that probably 1/4 or more of the drivers in Hemet and Mo Val are unlicensed, unregistered, untrained and often drunk illegal aliens.

Or they could be the high school kids who just like to speed around town. We get to the stop light and have to wait across from each other, but they just have to speed to the next light or dip.
