Doesn't know Bob Streit!?Amazing that as many times as I've seen the two of them together speaking, eating,joking and so on over the years I was at the Foundation that he never got to know him.I'm sure hundreds of others saw this too.Is it perjury to lie in a deposition?

Everyone is definitely aware that Tommy Scarcello knows Bob Streit very well and worked side by side with him for years and years at the CB. Streit was one of his salesmen, if not his top salesman. Scarcello definitely knows Streit. Many years ago after hurricane Andrew, I was working down in Naranja cleaning up a Kmart store that had been demolished by the store. All the merchandise was being sold to different "shlockers" and low & behold who walks in?????? Tommy & Bob salivating over all the goods. They were walking so close to each other they practically had their hands in each others back pockets.

So, I went to the management & told them not to take their bid, that they were no good. Needless to say...Scarcello & Streit walked out of there empty handed that day.

So...yes they know each over VERY WELL, but it's ok to lie for god, right? Isnt that how it works at ole Tone's place?

Yep, depo's are taken under oath, swearing in requisite at the start and recorded. Same affect of perjury charges as lying to the court on the witness stand.
