Bankruptcy court reopens case of Tony Alamo follower to look for possible assets

A bankruptcy judge has agreed to reopen the closed Oklahoma bankruptcy case of Thomas Scarcello, current follower of Tony Alamo.

......"Action Distributors loaded up trucks with Tempurpedic mattresses in cooperation with Scarcello and took many of them to a warehouse in Booneville, Ark., the complaint alleged. According to testimony in Alamo’s criminal case, Action Distributors is a trucking company owned by Alamo loyalists that operates for the benefit of Alamo and his ministry.

According to the Tempurpedic complaint, Fitzgerald and Scarcello had a 15-year history of doing business together.

The complaint said ownership of the Booneville warehouse was traced to two women who are alleged wives of Tony Alamo—Sharon Kroopf Alamo and Elizabeth Mercado.

The mattress case has been on hold since Scarcello, Fitzgerald and Waste to Charity filed for bankruptcy. Once the bankruptcies are resolved, U.S. District Judge Robert T. Dawson of the Fort Smith division of the Western District of Arkansas will make decisions on how the case filed by Tempurpedic will proceed."

I agree the truth is rare. I understod he had already filed and now they are after him because he didn't report the money made from the sales. I hope he has to pay back everything.

scarcello has much weightier matter to worry about than paying back bankruptcy court. Criminal investigations is what is important here. Mac hit the head on the nail, the cult will not cease in their institutionalize habitual training and obedient fulfillment of all alamo's edict and order.

This is a criminal organization, Class 1 and white collar. The enabling funds will not cease till the criminal fashion of acquisition is dealt with. For decades, they have always just switched to different names and newly derived corporate entity, smoke screening, deceptive untraceable, untouchable web and holding company.
