Oh REALLY! A complete year, and still no charges filed against the rest of the perpetrators testified to in Federal Court? SOMEONE in Upper Law Enforcement for the State of Arkansas has some explaining to do to these YOUNG VICTIMS - The girls AND the BOYS! Kolbek AND Alamo CONVICTED! Why no others? Sounds like perverted justice to me. SOMEONE with a CHECKBOOK for the rest of the SUSPECTS must have gotten into the PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE... There, I said it. Prove I'm wrong! Take me to court for libel and slander, MR Holtom!

your right. Yes 1 year of typical court proceedings and 1 year full of not so typical filings by Alamo! Every person involved in his ministry has some problem with the law it seems. Many parents STILL hiding and should be brought forward to answer for themselves, show the public just how strong their faith is. If they have belief that God will bring them through it all then they have nothing to lose. Otherwise, they prove that they have little faith and they are more about secrecy and lies.

Well they got the main criminal/child molester, Alamo, but unfortunately Alamo is still in complete control of every individual in his cult from behind bars and obviously that means his cult is a dangerous place for children. Even though he's behind bars he can still go on one of his psychotic fitful rampages and order beatings of children from behind bars as it is well documented he has done many times before.

Why hasn't the federal judge ruled on the lawsuit against DHS? From the news accounts it would appear that they have shown bad faith on the part of DHS but the judge hasn't ruled whether the lawsuit can continue or not. The children's well being is at stake but the judge just sits by and does nothing. It appears that the state court judges put their foot in their mouths by their politically motivated rulings with the kids and the federal judge knows it but is afraid of peer and political pressure to make a sensible lawful ruling. As far as the children are concerned, the ball is in the federal judge's court. he needs to rule on the lawsuit and the injunctions one way or the other so the children will be legally protected. Whatever he rules will either help the kids or open the door for appeal to the eighth circuit. His inaction is bordering abuse, legal and physical.

Probably because he saw, as anyone w/ any involvement and actual concern for these children put forth the effort to follow, the facts testified to under oath and uncontested by your cult concerning the multiple acts of pedophilia and rape w/ girls as young a 8 years old. Also the standard practice of bloody beatings detailed in your cult compounds and environment. Here's a clue for you, CT Sherlock. Those kinds of criminal acts don't border, they are abuse. Legal and physical. Those kids are beyond any shadow of doubt much safer where they are than in the abusive clutches of your cult.

And here's a point of law the esteemed 'barrister' missed. The Federal Judge Barnes has no business interfering in a State Court ruling (in this country). Kuhn (as usual) is trying to make a federal case out of the DHS charges and has failed miserably.

Maybe some are wondering,as I am,about an expression I've been seeing alot lately.Who will first "drink the Kool-Aid?".Who knows what mentality exists among current scattered members envolved with the illegal and now infamous business of hiding the kids? This whole business must be conducted very carefully and at the same time allow people who want to bring the kids in or offer information as to their location to do so without,or, at least with significantly reduced, penalty or other reprisal.

Agreed, J! So important to keep communication w/Law Enforcement or DHS open to them! Maybe a liazon like LYNN LAROWE at Texarkana Gazette. I know she is trustworthy and only has the children at interest. Well, I'm not authorized to speak for her, but that's my sincere opinion. She would keep things "off the record" if asked to.

"While an individual's beliefs that he can beat and falsely imprison (the men) and intentionally inflict emotional distress upon them is protected by the First Amendment, acting on these beliefs is reasonably prohibited by Arkansas law," Barnes wrote. Barnes also wrote if the lawsuit's allegations are true, Alamo acted in way that was "outrageous and utterly intolerable in a civilized society." The judge also found that the two former followers also" provided enough information to show their abuse came at the hands of a conspiracy by Alamo and Kolbeck. " So, here's your answer. Sorry if Judge Barnes didn't respond in a timely enough manner for you. We American's take our time to research and give thoughtful, legal president setting responses, not based on emotion. http://www.fox16.com/news/state/story/Judge-S... We are waiting with bated breath to hear your re-rebuttal, or your appeal position.
