To those who don't no what a (Motion Of Discovery), is, it is giving the information to the the person arrested, an to the attorney's representing, any client that has been arrested...it names person, or person's, who have written statements against the arrested person, and/or, who has given information leading to an arrest, and/or who have set person, or person's up, to be arrested, and/or, have worn a wire, and/or, who have let law enforcement, record conversations, that have lead to arrests, anyone that has been an informant in any way shape, or form, that has lead to the person, or persons to be arrested... I have to disagree about all of this is funny! The people's lives that has been ruined by this, an they didnt do anything, that they have been accused of...as far as knowing what she does, I have no clue, an dont really care! What I care about is the people who have been brought down by this, that didnt deserve it! LIke I said, if u can't handle the consequences of ur own actions, then u shouldnt be doing the things that can lead to prison...an certainly not bring others in2 it, that had nothing at all to do with them in the 1st place! Don't give a rats ass, as to who rolled over on who! The point is, how did she come to do that? An why is it another girl been arrested in this, an her name is also Tiffany Jones, that didnt have anything to do with it! So, if she rolled, then it also looks like she has let another girl, take the fall! Personally, I hope they bring them all to their knees, lock them up and throw away the key. Give me a freaking number to call and I can give the DEA a list of names a foot long. If Tiffany did cause her own daddys arrest, and if she knew it or not, OH WELL, one more person off the street, but just made room for more business in his territory. Makes me sick, with all the overdoses, and the gried that these families have to face burying their loved ones, or watching them waste away to a life of drugs. I hope that they dont stop until they have Bradshaw, Litwar, Ritter, Bull Creek, Johnnycake and every last bit of Iaeger cleaned up.

I very well agree with you.I have never seen the beat of the Drugs coming in here from the D C Area.It makes me sick to think the Pill Mill On the hill has been in operation this long without something being done.Just go through Bradshaw and ask around.They will point you to the Bus Station right up Three forks.Im sure everyone that could do somrthing about this,knows about it,and hopefully it will be a stop put to this soon.Thats what they always say,"Wont be Long",We are working on it.For the sake,the health,the saftey,and the future of her children,It needs to stop NOW! my opinion is it was Homer Baker because the last time Mr.Baker got in trouble for drugs on school property(and he did not get any time in jail), a few months later they arrested Toby and this time Mr.Baker gets in trouble for drugs then Toby gets arrested again. looks like to me Mr.Baker is talking a lot to keep getting by and never serving jail time.

I know how this goes been there "YOU DONT KNOW SHIT UNTIL YOU GO INTO THAT COURTROOM" they just tell you what evidence they have & what kinda plea your gonna take AND who else you wanna take down with you! Why not leavin this post alone who really cares if she told on her Dad or not. If you play you got to pay. Let him go to jail serve his time get out do the same thing. He got other people selling for him they are not going to stop they are to lazy to get out work a regular job.They like the money they make off of the drugs they sell. Really...U make me laugh!! heheheh!!!!! U are partly correct about not knowing...Its ur legal right to no why u have been arrested, if all parties have not been arrested yet...then it is summarized, until everyone is picked up. Then the case files are opened...then the next step, is your motion of discovery...then you're given the who's, what's where, & when's...I can't believe you're that ignorant to think u won't no anything about what is going on, with your case! & I don't why everyone keeps saying she isnt on, at the time, Keith's motion...so now her dad has his...& guess what, she's on his to!
