Please don't cry Totally Upset, That is why they have trials. We have worked very hard to get this well deserved "New Trial". People should be convicted on facts not emotion. And if they can find some facts, I'd be thrilled to flip that switch myself. But since they didn't have any facts the first time, I don't think they have found any since then. It is hard to fabricate evidence this long after the crime. Clayton may be home sooner than you think. Wouldn't that be nice.
p.s. We would do the same for you or your kin. Remember Jesus is watching. He was sent to death without any evidence.

And heaven forbid that he did do it: and is found not guilty i am a firm believer that justice will be served if not in this life, when he meets his maker god already no's who done it.

I don't think that was his words, if it had been there would not be a new trial. I think some of the real killers hoped to make people believe that was his words. The first trail was an absolute waste of taxpayers money. Clayton Jackson was not the last person seen with Chris. The 3 guys in the truck know what happen. Hopefully this time they will have to answer that question. There were guys seen at the trailer that day too, while Chris was gone to work. And Clayton Jackson was not one of those guys. Let the Truth be known this time.

Blame it on you not so honest commonwealth attorney. It is part of his duty to maintain a unbiased jury. This needs moved out of this area fora fair trial, meaning fair to the families of all involved.

It is a sad thing to be blinded by hate and lies. Poor poor people, you believe gossip, stories, and lies just because someone opens their mouth. But I guess that's how it's been since the begining of time. People should spend more time reading their Bible and less time watching that idiot box. Since you all witnessed the crime, I guess I will see you at the courthouse. That is if the Commonwealth chooses to retry this case. It cost a lot of money to convict someone if you don't have any evidence.

What about the guys that were at the trailer that day when Chris was gone to work? Ask the next door neighbor about that, but he might be too scared to tell the truth. There are people that know more about the crime, but are to fearful to tell, and it is not Clayton Jackson that they are afraid of. It is the killer's and their families that are free to intimate and threaten.

It looks like the Bible is not your strong suit either, you could ask your preacher, but that might be embarrassing cause most go by what Jesus said if it is different from the Old Testament. And I am sure he has many a sermon on "eye for an eye" and "turn the other cheek". What did Jesus say? The difference is this is the Commonwealth's system of justice so are you gonna kill him five times for murders that you can't prove he committed.
