It has been in the water for days, has anybody else seen it or reported it. That water filters into our drinking water so we all are going to die if we keep drinking that water.

Not saying this isn't a problem, but it'll hardly kill us. Animals die in that river every day.

I called the health dept and Heath has already checked and couldnt find the horse a couple of days ago. You need to give more details or call the health dept your self and report this. I sure dont want to be the one knowing if they is really a horse in the water and not report it.

I told the newspaper today. Drive up there and stop at short creek can't miss it, look that way and there it is stuck in the current. Nasty looking. The newspaper man told me that the water filters above the dam so we aren't drinking anything off the horse, but I am not taking the risk of drinking the water. Just think if they don't move it then when it falls apart then it will go down stream and end up on someone's bank at their house and a coyote might come around to eat it and cause harm to someone or some person pet.

drink the water here, I drink bottled water, I realize you really don't know whats in that, but I figure it's better than what's in city water here. I remember getting two different letters over the last several years stating that the city water failed certain tests.
yep

but the health dep. has come long way and the new water plant is ok but to allow a dead horse in the pool the water is collected out of that's off the scale.why bother the out houses or bitch when a grease trap line is cut.i think its not what going on its who you know.
