Hyden Hair Salon

[Haircut]

Does anyone know if the hair salon that is located next door to Dr. Yalamanchis office is still open. The lady done a very good job, and I would like to go back. Her name was Sheena Roberts. Have tried calling both numbers she gave me, but both are disconnected. Any help is appreciated. I do not want to drive over 30 miles to get a haircut if she no longer is in business. Has she just changed her phone numbers or what? If she has closed, or went to another salon that info would be helpful too. Thanks

I saw her today. She is closed! She is looking to get a job else were. She was my stylist also, and I was very pleased with her, she is really good!! I am very disapointed.

So in the mean time, where is the ABSOLUTE best place to get a great color/cut? Dont say Color Room please! I am very particular who does my hair!

our county has some of the best hair stylist there has to offer. and some of the lovist ladies hair to style i no. i love to see when them ladies come frome the stylist its what makes us the county we are .my wife looks so lovely .makes me so proud to be a free wheling democrat...

I AM serious!! I dont want the WRONG person to RUIN my hair, which I take very good care of I might add!!(that happened to me once I might add) I cant afford a Major hair disaster!!! So who do you recomend!!!!

them girls at just around the corner are good, also heard that the Salon in the old hurrican mini mart is good too. I recommend just around the corner though, Alicia is wonderful, takes a magician to do this head and make it look good.

Alicia is really good and so friendly, she does a great job own my hair i would go there just dont like the location wish they could find something bigger that would be to good and misty is also good she does my daughter hair

I love Misty. But her workers are keeping all their friends and family lollygagging around talking their party talk and it is going to hurt her business. Misty is great and the other gals are too but they need to see their friends and fun after hours. I coudnt even sit down cause they were all in the seats.

You're just trying to be disrespectful. I love that place. Me, my sisters, our husbands, and our kids get our hair done there. I love all the girls there. It was most likely some in there when you couldn't get a seat.

What happened to Sheena? She is great! She can make any kind of hair look good! I'm dissapointed, too. Will she be back? If so, does anybody know when?

Excuse me, I've had my hair colored, cut and styled by people everywhere from Hyden, Hazard, London, Lexington and Louisville. I am not putting any other business down, but you CANNOT beat the ladies at the Color Room! I would reccommend Nikki or Sherry to anyone and bet my life that they would do a great job. Everyone I have ever referred to them has always been more than pleased. AND, you cannot beat their prices for the job they do!

Is my families choice. My entire family. 7 women, husbands and 17 kids total.

Did she say where she was going? Back to Hazard or what? She really needs to call the ones that came to her freqently and let them know. I know some that has appt's with her and they are kinda upset because they are going to have to find someone else. If you talk to her again please let her know we are all waiting to here where she is going and please post it on here. Thanks

Do holler rats really need a salon. I thought you just put a bowl on your head and shave around it. Mabey not. I guess times are changing for Leslie County. Everbodys is getting indoor plumbing, dental insurance, and hair cuts at the salon.

The Color Room is on Rockhouse. It is across from the old Rockhouse Pentecostal Church. Past John Asher's on the right. Their number is in the phone book.
