where in the he11 did you learn how to spell? obvious you aren't dumb because you can atleast turn on the computer and type but with alot of mispelled words. Topixs needs a spell checker..to think th arent any logs to run on .huu maby not at thair price.the logs are plentyful.you just got pay for them there are more logs here than lonon will ever have.the price ot timber is to lo for the loger to make it.pouplar is the only timber market .good now.the hard woods are down to nothing .if you cant sell lumber you cant stay in business.begleys got to big for thair oprashion.smaller mills does beter in this county anyways.just like small stores will make a big comback big oprashions only scrue things up.anyways.

You all really need to think before you talk on here.. This is the first time since the mill has been started that it has shut down. They have scratched and fought to keep it open this long and if they could have kept it going they would have because think about all the looses they have in letting the equitment sit. Plus trying to get all the workers back to reopen. Its not a benefit to them in any way. THE REASON THEY SHUT HYDEN DOWN!!! HORRIBLE weather, prices in logs and lumber, slowing rate in sales,. END OF DISCUSSION. Anything negative said is out of jelousy and angree. The family deeserves appologys for all negative comments. |

Im not going to turn this into something political. But what I said is correct. George Bush didnt destroy us. Did he blow up the World Trade Centers, or did he make sure it didnt happen again. Whether you like him or not, hes protected your butte every since we were attacked. But I guess you dont respect that. |

Thank you and you are exactly right. Buster taught those boys to be hard workers and good citizens. I hope the economy picks up soon. Let's all pray things improve and they can reopen the mill. It is a big asset to this county. |

you people think you know but the truth is, if it wasn't for hiram cornett, they wouldn't be where they are now.I know what i'm talking about here ok? one more thing, they love rank dank strangers over their own family when it comes down to it. not saying handouts, in need is what i'm saying. |

Hiram Cornett is another good person, and that is all I know. I am not here to talk bad about anyone or to argue. I just hope things improve for their business so they can reopen. |

what about boy. The lumber industry always has and always will slow down in the winter. They might lay off a couple of people in the winter but they dont have near the work going on that needs to be done. Its not because there rich and greedy and like to see people suffer. You think you know so much dont you. Where not talkin about 1 or 2 jobs laid off. Im talkin about the entire mill shutting down.. Yeah begleys has laid off a could of times, but this is the first time they have ever shut down. |

You are so wrong about the Begley boys. They love their families and are good to everyone. Most people will only help their family, but they will help anyone in need. They have donated so much to our county and they need to be recongized for all the good they do. They are self-made millionaires. They worked hard for what they have and helped a lot of people along the way. As far as I know Harm Cornett is a good person, but he had nothing to do with where the mill is. He bought into the Mill after it was well established. Merry Christmas |

This is absolutely true and I have quit bringing that junk home with me. For many years now, I have only purchased necessities, meaning food and cleaning supplies. That junk is nothing but clutter, etc. The toys are poisioning our children and the clothes, God only knows how many children work in sweat shops to make them. God Bless You All & Merry Christmas. |

I know its hard for all the families but there are people here in this county suffering far more god has always provided for the families here because of our cristian raising our prayer worriors are probably working overtime and one cant even begin to understand all the problems each family is having so please be humble in your remarks at least they even tried to keep this job going they may not come back after the country gets back on track.also who will pay jimmy and georges bills i would say that alone is a years salary for the bosses at begleys just to cover one month
