Are you serious?!!!! Are you saying that you haven't heard about the shooting?!!!! Well, I'm not surprised that you haven't. It's obvious that you rarely watch the news!!!!!

An armed man, on Sunday morning, went into a Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin and shot many people killing 7 of them. The gunman was eventually killed by a sharp-shooting police officer.

Domestic Terrorism does not mean that you get radical Islamists to fly planes into buildings you idiot!!!! It is when the act targets a group of people on the basis of religion, their customs, and their way of life. Basically, it is terrorism against the people of your own country. It is the calculated use of violence or threat of violence against people in order to attain goals that are either political, religious, or ideological in nature.

Oh, no, we're back to the 1% again!!!! Well, the tax documents didn't have many legs...so now we are back to your original mantra of the rich and 1% again.

No, thanks to Obama, it isn't the same world it was ten years ago!!!!

Well I think the point to the article was this Democrat, Mark Clayton in Tennessee, actually won his parties' nomination to run for the U.S. Senate by nearly twice the number of DEMOCRATIC votes as his nearest rival. But that don't matter to the party. The party is refusing to endorse and support him because he espouses a conservative Libertarian philosophy.
(The same thing happened the other day down in Texas with this Republican named Cruz. I don't recall what he was running for though.)
All Democrats are not like the sleazy pieces of liberal dog crap that you see posting on this board. I've said all along that's it's hard to beat a good conservative Democrat, and,... evidently there's a majority of them down there in Tennessee.
Personally, I'm glad to see that many, many people, Democrats and Republicans alike, are finally starting to rebel and reject the bully-pulpit, lies and deceit of their respective parties, and, I am delighted to see that they are again beginning to reach back for their roots in Constitutional, conservative Libertarianism.
Ron Paul was/is the only logical person for the Republicans to run for office. Hell, there's more than a fair chance that Romney may not even be able to beat Obama. Paul would have won in a landslide, had the party itself not trashed him so savagely. In doing so, the Republican party is literally biting off it's own nose, to spite it's face. Paul would have drawn heavily from the Democratic vote as well as all of the third parties. To me, the article cited above is fairly strong evidence that Paul was likely to have enticed over half of the Democratic voters in Tennessee to actually cross the party lines in the general election.
Nope ... the enemy of the party is not the opposing party. The enemy is CONSERVATIVE LIBERTARIANISM.
The enemy of the "party" is the CONSTITUTION.
It's been a very long time now, and my memory ain't much anyway, but, I recall doing some research once about the sentiments of the founding fathers at the time of the Declaration of Rights, Declaration of Independence and the Revolutionary war. One line seared itself into my memory, however, and, though I can't now remember either the author or his work, the line clearly described the passions and desperation challenging them in that day ... and it holds the direction which we must again take today if we are ever going to dig ourselves out of this fix which our own sloth, arrogance and ignorance has gotten us into. The line read simply:
"In their frustration, they turned to the wisdom of the ancients."
I think the line is telling.
Yes, you are right about Mark Clayton. The same would hold true for Ron Paul. Both parties are guilty of dismissing their candidate when they show the least amount of admiration for the Constitution.

I must say that I am not that familiar with Clayton. I think where Ron Paul may have gotten off track was with his foreign policy stance. The beginning of his demise was when he said he was fine with Iran having nukes.

Most people, including myself, feel that a rogue, dysfunctional dictator like Ahmadinejad having a nuclear weapon would not be in the best interest of America and Israel. Given the ability and capability to warm up his nukes...at any time, Ahmadinejad would wipe Israel off the map and Netanyahu knows that. His foreign policy stance is the one thing that keeps me straddled on the political fence.

The Tea Party favorite, Ted Cruz, was running for the office of Senator in Texas.

You mention that this election has been chosen by the 1%...are you suggesting that only the 1% and the rich vote?!!! If you are suggesting that, how did we get this idiot in the office?!!!

We have him in the office because the poor and entitlement groups went out in DROVES to vote for this boob!!! They felt that Obama would pay their mortgages, their car loans, their WIC program, and other entitlements!!!! There was even a woman who said..."I don't have to worry about my mortgage, car payment, etc. If we work with Obama he will work with us." I wonder if Obama has paid her mortgage, rent, car payment, etc.? Chances are, nothing has changed for her and perhaps, things have gotten worse-especially in the black community!!!!

These same idiots who voted for this loser in 2008 because of the carrots dangling in front of their eyes, will vote for him again for more carrots dangling in front of their eyes...healthcare and the promise of having more entitlements and extension of their current entitlements!!!

Obama is the cart driver with a donkey pulling him and his cart, entitlements are the carrots, and you are the donkey. See what you are being lowered to...a jack---!!! The only difference here is that you don't know it!!!!! Well, no wonder the symbol of the Democrat is the donkey or jack---!!!! Isnt' that ironic?!!!

People voted for Obama because he promised healthcare to those who don't have it. People voted for Obama because he promised to save the auto industry. People voted for Obama because he promised to kill or capture Bin Laden. Obama made good on his promises!

Texas has always been a Republican state. Although you state it is becoming a purple state, I doubt it. Since you NEVER back up anything you say, I don't take anything you say seriously!!!!

Texas is leaning towards Romney (+7%)...NOT Obama. So, I don't know where you get your information and data from...Oh, that's right...you get it from thin air!!!!! Kind of like Harry Reid there.

The reason Texas.... which typically votes Republican is a toss up... is because of lack of polling. If Texas were purple, why did Ted Cruz win?!!!! Same will hold true when Texans vote for Romney in November!!!!

Let me address some of your promises that Obama made...

(1) Healthcare...We already have healthcare for everyone...the Emergency Room and health departments.

(2) Saved the auto industry...He used our money to bailout a failing company. No one wants their cars, the cars break down, the cars catch on fire, the cars have limited seating, and there are limited charging stations for these vehicles. These companies still have yet to pay us back the money they borrowed.

(3) The only promise that he made that he kept was the Bin Laden one. However, had it NOT been for the enhanced interrogation techniques under the Bush administration and the Pakistani doctor, we would NOT have gotten the information needed to capture and kill this monster. Remember, he passed on three earlier attempts to get him.

Ok, let's see some of Obama's other promises...

(1) I will be the most transparent president..He exerts Executive Privilege over the Fast and Furious documents. He never has released his college transcripts. He only recently released a copy of his birth certificate.

(2) I will close Gitmo...Gitmo is still open.

(3) I will lower our deficit in half...He has nearly doubled our deficit.

(4) He wants to treat people humanely while dropping drones on them left and right.

(5) He is going to have the most ethical administration ever. We have the Columbian Prostitution scandal and covering up of the Fast and Furious program.

(6) He believes in accountability while blaming everyone for his failures but himself!!!! How many times have we heard under his predecessor or under the previous administration.

I could go on and on about this idiot!!!!

Is this all you have for Obama?!!! Out of four years, you can ONLY come up with three things...healthcare, the auto industry, and Bin Laden?!!!!

Healthcare was a slam dunk for Obama. How hard was it for Obama to gather his posse, who had not read the bill, to pass it?!!!! Remember, when this thing passed in 2010, the Democrats controlled EVERYTHING!!!! So, how hard was it for him to get the majority to pass it?!!!! He knew he had to do it then before the Republicans to over the House in January 2011. If he waited until after the elections of 2010, he would have had a much more difficult time passing it.

The bailout of the auto industry. Again, how hard was it for Obama to gather his cronies together and vote for a bailout?!!!! The Democrats controlled EVERYTHING so he should not have had ANY trouble getting it passed. He also knew the bailout would be a payback for their union votes which was promised to the union members and CEOs of these companies!!!! It amazes me how Ford and the other auto manufacturers who didn't receive any government bailout fared better than those that did.

The capture and killing of Bin Laden. He knew he had to do it in order to save his political butt. He had been given three earlier attempts to capture and kill him, but he PASSED ON ALL THREE of them. Now, if he were such a strong president, why didn't he give the green light to do it the first time?!!!! Remember, without the brave Navy SEALs, this mission would not have been successful!!!! Somehow, visualizing Obama throwing that baseball during the baseball game tells me a lot about his physical strength and ability. I can just see him climbing the walls, capturing Bin Laden, and shooting him!!!!(HA, LOL!!!) Don't you think that is why he chooses golf as his sport of choice?!!!

Now, he wants to look even stronger so he and his administration LEAKED classified intelligence information out to the public. he claims that he and his administration are not responsible for this breach in protocol. However, you have to ask yourself, who else could it have been?!!! There are VERY few people privy to this information...and very few individuals who were in the Situation Room during the raid on Bin Laden's compound. So, it could ONLY be a handful of people...Obama, Biden, Napolitano, Hillary Clinton, Defense Secretary, and his top aides who had top-level security clearance?

I wonder if his list of accomplishments would be even shorter if the Democrats had NOT controlled everything throughout his first two years of his administration?!!! Somehow, I don't think he would have had ANY accomplishments. Perhaps his ONLY accomplishment would have been Bin Laden.

You are right!!!! The Latino population is growing in Texas!!! However, unless they are going to be voting for Obama, it doesn't really matter how many of them are in Texas. Keep in mind, that some of this population growth may not be from LEGAL citizens, but from migrant workers who are ILLEGAL. Therefore, they CANNOT vote. So, your point is BASELESS!!!!

Roughly there are about 14 million of them over here who are either legal immigrants here on a visa or are migrant workers working over here illegally. Either way, these 14 million AREN'T ELIGIBLE to vote!!!!

There are about 36 million who ARE legal citizens. However, 10 million of them are INELIGIBLE to vote by virtue of their age. So, with that factored into the equation, you only have 26 million voters. So, unless all of them are REGISTERED and LEGALLY able to vote, it still may not mean a slam dunk for the Democrats. Not ALL 26 million will vote and not all of them will vote for Obama. How many times has EVERY citizen registered to vote in an election gone to the polling places and voted?!!!! I don't recall a 100% turnout for any election-primary or general!!!!

Also, about 35-40% of the Lation voters ALWAYS vote Republican. Many of them are also of the Catholic and Mormon faiths. None of them are of the Muslim faith.

Many Latino and Hispanic individuals are disenchanted with Obama, his policies, and granting backdoor amnesty to illegals while THEY had to wait years and years, fill out pages and pages of paperwork, and pass a citizenship test to become American citizens...while Obama grants citizenship to nearly a million illegals without them being heavily scrutinized and going through a similar process...with a swoop of the pen...and without Congress' approval!!!!!

Look at some of the newcomers to Washington...we have five new Latino members in Congress who are Republican and one Latino governor who is Republican. To cite a few examples...Marco Rubio of Florida, Ted Cruz of Texas, Susana Martinez of New Mexico, and even Mitt Romney's father was born in Mexico.

How the He--did Obama kill the gunman? Did Obama fly to Wisconsin just in time to save the day?!!! Boy, that was one He-- of a flight there!!!!! It took the police officers stationed in Oak Creek longer than it took Obama to arrive from Washington!!! Boy, you really are stupid!!!!

And, Obama did NOT kill Bin Laden either. You say that he did...but he did NOT!!!!! He made the call, it was a good one, and I have ALWAYS given him credit for MAKING the call. But, I will NEVER give him credit for capturing and killing him...because he didn't capture and kill him. That would be similar to saying I captured and killed someone because I called 911 when a robbery took place and the police officers captured and killed the armed robber.

I will ALWAYS give the credit where credit is due. This time, the credit for capturing and killing this bas---- goes to the Navy SEALs. Likewise, the credit for apprehending and killing this gunman in Wisconsin goes to the police officers who responded to the incident...NOT to Obama!!!!

I have given him credit for making the DECISION to kill Bin Laden-you idiot!!!! However, the event Sunday and the event a year ago are two separate incidents. And NEITHER of them had Obama killing the gunman nor Bin Laden!!!!!

While you state that we need to give credit to Obama for the good and not just blame him for the bad...when have you EVER given credit to Bush for the good?

It took over three years for Obama to release his birth certificate...what was he hiding? The jury is still out on its legitimacy.

His tax documents are online if you are TRULY interested. I have mentioned the site you can go to several times. All you have to do is get on the internet and search. Of course, it will not do the work for you...you have to do some work. Oh, that's right, you are lazy and want it handed to you!!!!

No, you really aren't interested in them or else you would go to those sites and the issue would be dropped. You KNOW that Obama has been a failure, you can only bring up a few accomplishments of his presidency, and so you choose to attack his opponent.

Bush kept us safe post 9/11 where Obama has not!!!! Had Bush's predecessor, Bill Clinton acted in 1998 when we had bin Laden in sight and within striking distance, perhaps 9/11 would never have happened either. But, Clinton did not act, bin Laden escaped our sights, and he attacked three years later.

Clinton, like Obama, loved to play golf. While on the golf course, Clinton would be interrupted during various rounds when important issues were at hand. Clinton was indecisive with regard to Bin Laden and chose not to act, even though we were prepared militarily. We had pilots in the cockpit ready to fly at a moments notice. Clinton dropped the ball repeatedly by NOT giving them the green light to go ahead with the mission!!!! Had Clinton acted more proactively, perhaps we would have gotten bin Laden and 9/11 would be just another day!!!!

Let's compare the two:

Since the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, the number of terrorist attacks on American soil under Bush-None. The number of attacks on American soil under Obama-Six:(1)June 2009, Little Rock, Arkansas...an American Muslim opened fire in a U.S. military recruiting office.(2)September 2009, New York City, an attempt to detonate bombs in the NYC subway system by a member of Al Qaeda.
(3) November 2009, Fort Hood, Texas...mass shooting at Fort Hood by Nadal Hassan an Army psychiatrist with ties to radical Islam.(4) December 2009, Detroit, Michigan, a Nigerian attempts to blow up a Detroit-bound airplane with an explosive in his "drawers." (5)May 2010, New York City, Times Square was evacuated when an explosive device was found in a car.(6) August 4, 2012, Oak Creek, Wisconsin, an individual walks into a Sikh Temple and shoots the congregates.
