What the baptist church worships, is it any wonder that I feel uncomfortable around these evil freaks that condemn me for not being like them?

He didn't say "ALL" teachers were bad!
There are few of them... Just not as good as the Charter schools!
Down with Teachers Unions!... ALL Unions!
How ironic is it when ignorami think teachers are the bad guys?

Ignorami = plural of ignoramus. As in both hula AND you.

Down with unions? Maybe you should take a good long look at the history of the coal industry and who CONTINUES to protect miners' conditions and health. Down with Teacher's unions? Have you ever compared how a teacher's pension stacks up against politicians' or most administrators' retirement plans?
Hula hates the NEA, but you can bet your bottom dollar hula doesn't even know what the NEA actually does... and I KNOW you don't.

May be a idiot, in books of many , but I do see the good in some bad ...

A water bearer in India had two large pots, each hung on the end of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots was perfectly made and never leaked. The other pot had a crack in it and by the time the water bearer reached his master's house it had leaked much of it's water and was only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his master's house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

After two years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you." "Why?" asked the bearer. "What are you ashamed of?" "I have been able, for these past two years, to deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your master's house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you don't get full value from your efforts," the pot said.

The water bearer felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and in his compassion he said, "As we return to the master's house, I want you to notice the beautiful flowers along the path."

Indeed, as they went up the hill, the old cracked pot took notice of the sun warming the beautiful wild flowers on the side of the path, and this cheered it some. But at the end of the trail, it still felt bad because it had leaked out half its load, and so again the pot apologized to the bearer for its failure.

The bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of your path, but not on the other pot's side? That's because I have always known about your flaw, and I took advantage of it. I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back from the stream, you've watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate my master's table. Without you being just the way you are, he would not have this beauty to grace his house."

Each of us has our own unique flaws. We're all cracked pots. But if we will allow it, God will use our flaws to grace his table. In God's great economy, nothing goes to waste. Don't be afraid of your flaws. Acknowledge them, and you too can be the cause of beauty. Know that in our weakness we find our strength.

The lowest common denominator aka principal's choice? How many school board members across the nation are elected because they run on the "I'm more of a religie than the other guy"?

Satanic Priest is there not a heaven if there is a hell.Is there not a God if there is a devil. The devil was the beautifulest angel of all but was jealous .Thats how he ended up in hell. You are right there is people that goes to Church for looks. They go out and do whatever they want when they want. There are Churches that are only after numbers and money.A true Christian knows what Church to go to where the word of the Lord is preached and the spirit is The Lord will lead you where he wants you through prayer and worship.I go to a small Church and the first thing any member or preacher will say wewant you to join only if the Lord leads you here.Basically what I'm saying is don't judge the many cause of a few bad eggs.I will pray for them and for you.As a Christian I love all.

Flaws, we as humans have many and God doesn't shun his children for them he simply gives us the avenue to turn our weaknesses into strengths. Which in turn shall lead to great blessings if we give him the honor. Glory Be ah...Amen ah...

I think that's pretty weak sauce for a god. It basically means you are on your own and when you struggle through and succeed then you have to give all the glory to this cosmic fartknocker who didn't lift a finger to help you.

For every case you can show of a person with some kind of major problem overcoming that problem I can show you cases of people who were unable to do so. Did god just prefer the other people?

Let's take free will out of it, because I know that's the reply. Let's go for babies.

A year or two ago I read a news story about an infant who died of pneumonia at home after about 7 hours of suffering. As it turns out, his condition had a 99.9% of being completely treated by medical science. Trouble was the parents were religious nuts who didn't believe in medicine. So they prayed. The kid suffered with labored breathing and then died.

In what universe does there exist a god who helps people, loves them, and is deserving of all the glory if he also sits back and watches a baby suffer and die?

And that's just one baby. Just one. We can name many, many more.

You can believe however you like but reality has a different point of view.

There is no god, there is no devil, there is no heaven and there is no hell.
The word Satan means one who opposes. It is a title not a name. The foundation of Satanism is free will, what the christian cult wishes to deny you.
If you really believe in your god than why do you pick and choose from the bible?
