he don't have to say mean things to the kids an calling them names to support his family.or is that the way he is used to doing his family. remember the respect his boy showed them people that time.treat people the way you would have them treat you an your family.

I am sure he won't scold any of the children if the children do what they are supposed to and sit down and shut up. Of course a lot of parents haven't taught their kids how to act, and there's a chance he is trying to drive around with a cage full of monkey's in the back of that thing. If you are touchy about your child being disciplined by authority figures, then teach them how to behave and they won't need to be.

he has it easy compared to other bus drivers. Ronnie barely has any kids on his bus.

Ronnie drove the stinnett bus and he does a good job. On time and is good with the kids. I had 2 on the bus with him. The kids that have a problem with Ronnie is the kids that are unrulely! If u made your kids have respect for their elders, this post wouldnt be on hear. Wished ronnie still drove the grassy bus.

The kids on his bus are 3-5 year old's and he is provided with a bus monitor to help with the kids. Kids of this age have separation anxiety because they are so young and as far as teaching them respect, these kids aren't old enough to know the meaning of respect they are just learning how to brush their teeth and play well with others. If Ronnie or anyone else doesn't have the patience to deal with these kids then he needs to stay home and let someone else drive the bus.

I agree, and I wouldn't do any job that involved taking care of children because people that don't discipline their children also don't want anyone else doing it. I have met an ADHD 4 year old recently, and I am thankful I don't have to deal with that or I would end up in prison for putting the kid in a cage through the day to catch a freakin break.

Kids will be Kids. Some may be little (BRATS) BUT If you don't know how to handle them in a proper way without losing it.... then you have no business being a teacher or a bus driver! Pick another career! Sorry. I def. don't feel sorry for them for choosing the path they chose. It's NOT "BABYSITTING" as some might refer it to be. For the ones that refer it to be "babysitting", it makes it sound like you absolutely HATE your JOB. It is their JOB and DUTY that they CHOSE to do. DO the JOB right as an grown ADULT would or let someone else step in that has a BETTER SKILLS AND HEART to handle the situation. Some people ain't fit to be around children!

true that this man put a camera in the girls locker room an watched them. an was caught at it an nothing done about it just put on a bus so he could get his retirement time in.it is funny they get caught doing something or can't do their job they get put at the board instead of fired that better known as being in the click.he needs to quite getting on the bus on a hang over with these kids what he needs to do an stop calling them names is what he needs to do.

Ronnie Stidham retired in 2005 with 32 years in teaching and dealing with our kids, he coached for 24 years, coached or took 2 different teams to the state tournament, the boys basketball to the state sweet 16 and girls softball team to the state and has drove a bus for over 30 years accident free and has more bus driving experience than any body in the county. If he chooses to do this job or any job to keep himself busy then that's his business but your not being smart by criticizing a good man that has dedicated his life to our county and community to give back to our children by doing his part in the school system after retirement and could very well find out who the people are on here posting this negative or false information, Ronnie is intelligent enough or knows the right people to look into this matter. I'd be Cautious ,.. Don't hate the player, hate the game.!

Well I sure dont mind ronnie knowing what I said. He was rough on the kids which is what they needed and was always on time. A bus drive has to have order on a bus or he is endangering the kids lives, if he cant control them. People like Look Here are pathetic.

first of all, considering I never once targeted anybody in general because I was referring to ANY teacher, bus driver, principal, or coach in general...in any county, which means ME being a "parent" that I am, I gave MY honest opinion to this thread. That is NOT what you call false info. or slander. Go back and read my statement. Secondly, Ronnie is no better than anybody else in this shitty county regardless what he gave to the community. That doesn't give him a free card to do whatever he pleases and get by with it (IF) that is the case here. Lets get that straight. He's not the only one capable of pulling some strings in this county. Anyone can find out what they want on Topix IF they wanted to. You don't have to be a player to do that.. ;) That's a FACT! Like I said, I gave my opinion....it's a free country. You don't like it??? TOUGH!

well all I have to say is that he called my kid names and made a false statement about my husband so there is something wrong with him. But i'm taking care of it and his day will soon come back around you don't be mean to children and call them names. From what I hear its happened on other bus routes to. If he doesn't like his job or cant do it without name calling like a 2 year old maybe he should seek another job.
