Sterling Area Services Connection To Phil Ciotti

As Mr. Ciotti's journey through the legal system intensifies, his double- or triple-life is becoming more clear. In addition to his current position as an investigator for the Medical Practice Board, he seems to have other interests such as gun-running and possible connections to terrorists and drug-dealers.
For a period of time, Mr. Ciotti also wielded his power as a service manager at SAS. During that time, through the use of threats, blackmail, and lies, he terrorized his employees and clients alike. The slightest disagreement with him led to his acts of revenge and sabotage.
And yet, he was supported by SAS personnel. all the way to Mr. Kevin O'Riordan, who hired him and was also the chief recipient of his acts of deception, almost always being fooled by Mr. Ciotti into taking part in his plans for revenge, sometimes carried out against people whose only offense was to disagree with him on burger toppings. And yet Mr. O'Riordan continued to support and aid him in his reign of terror.
The level of incompetence that would allow someone like Mr. Ciotti to be hired to care for a vulnerable population cannot be overstated. His cavalier attitude toward the law (except when he felt that he was enforcing it), his deals for client medications, his night-time surveillance of his wards, his stalking of those he opposed, and other offenses too numerous to mention, were all carried out with the knowledge, sometimes even support, of the rotten apples who refused to see the corruption before their eyes.
Eventually, Mr. Ciotti's true nature will be exposed, his crimes avenged and revealed. It can be hoped that during that time his acts against humanity carried out under the auspices of SAS, will also be made clear and the relevant miscreants among them punished.

Moscowman, good for you taking a stand. I have enjoyed reading many of your threads. This one in particular interests me. I am devoting much of my time to the mismanagement of power within the human services field. Don't get me wrong, I am not disgruntled as a former employee just wishing more people like you would stand up and be counted. My sense is that I might know you? We should chat some more, I'm sure we have much in common. Standing up to tyrants if nothing else.

It's a small world, after all, and it's very possible that we know one another. In more than 20 years of working in or around the human services field in Vermont, I have certainly met a large number of people. Unfortunately, that time has also made me privy to things I sometimes wish I didn't even know.

One thing that I'm really curious about is whether they still use "facilitated communication" in this State. If you are not familiar with it, it is the "new age" incarnation of the Ouija board. "Facilitators" (known by me as "actors"), guide the hands of persons unable to communicate and this supposedly allows them to express ideas. Amazing how they know things they could not possibly have known, speak new languages, and have profound opinions, miraculously similar to those of the "facilitators"! I had all I could do to repress undo hilarity at the serious meetings where this miracle was discussed. that so many people could be stupid to that degree at the same time was an eye-opener. Anyone question it? Not that I could tell. It was anathema to even suggest that the whiole thing was funny beyond words.

Yet, that is how they spent untold amounts of taxpayer money.

Once again Phil Ciotti is suspected of unlawful conduct. The crook needs to be thrown in jail.

He's a real sleeze-ball. But he has skills, I have to give him that. He managed to manipulate the idiots in a number of different places where he has worked, from a police department to mental health to his own private gig as investigator for the Medical Practice Board. I lost a job due to lies he concocted, though I never even knew what they were. I was simply told that my contract would not be renewed. But I am far from the only one. His macho act has enamored too many females to count, and even though some of them supported me, I don't think even they were aware of the specific stories told by Mr. Ciotti. One of his skills was making accusations that were so hideous and horrible that no one even wanted to repeat them out loud. That ultimately allows lies to thrive since there is then no way to counter them or question their reasonableness. He is a psychopath, selling guns illegally while working for the police, among many other things.
