Reading your comments, you all sound like a bunch of blowhards; this is highly entertaining! Most of these gang members are high school drop-ins and their english isn't as good as some that I've read here, sentence structure, syntax etc. etc.,- the two don't mix!!. Most gang members barely speak a properly worded sentence, much less write in coherence! Give us a break - it's either wanna be writers or cops in drag! All this posturing - what is the real deal?

Just recently, I just took a taser from some pig's squad car and useexd it for big money. I got over $600 at a store in hyatteville so I can help my good ms-13 gang friends in langley park. We plan to take over the cops and courthouses this spring and summer and no pig can arrest us or lock us up cause we are the best. We take over america real good homies.

I like to rumble. Tonight, we can go rumble in your parkinglot. I got nothing to lose. Lets start some rumbles and make some trouble. If the cops try to stop us, we can stab them in the balls and take their money, taser and revolver plus their car and joyride to the streets of d.c. and have fun with the girls there. |

You sound like you are only about fifteen years old. Much too young to play with the big boys, and too f**kin' young to die. Go away now, the grownups are talking here. |

By Mary Lou Leary: The MS-13s, Latin Kings and the 18th Street Mexican Mafia are planning attacks on our law enforcement across the country this spring and summer due to the bad economy and the attitude that law enforcement has against the foreign gangs. Police brutality will be more rampant this spring and summer due to the crime increase and bad economy too. The effects of gang violence has spread across the entire country, even suburban and rural communities. Do you know how to recognize the signs of gang activity in your neighborhood? Are your kids or teens vulnerable to gang influence? Intimidation is one of the strongest weapons gangs have against you and your community. Gangs can sometimes seem even more powerful than police because of this fear that they instill, and their actions go unreported. But you aren’t defenseless. The experts at the National Center for Victims of Crime suggest taking an active role in community policing to one of the best weapons you have in protecting your family. Everyone has to work together, and everyone has a role to play in keeping your family safe. |

By Ruth Polaski of The Brookings Institute Crimelab Department: Phoenix, Ariz. is the nation's fifth largest city -- a fast-growing metropolis that's become Ground Zero for a unique problem that has law enforcement coming face to face with a new form of an age-old crime. In the Valley of the Sun, the new trend in kidnapping for ransom is criminals targeting other criminals. Authorities tell us that the players are hardcore drug dealers, smugglers, and leaders of coyote organizations who are being snatched and extorted for money by their underworld rivals. Because of Arizona's prime location on the U.S.-Mexico border, police say that most kidnap victims and suspects have ties back to Mexico's seedy underworld and that cops and detectives have been chopped up and their cars taken to chop-shops and money was exchanged. Bodyparts and carparts were found in mailboxes, laundry machines, laundry dryers, toilet bowls, bathtubs and on the grounds in neighborhoods where children and elderly live to create mayhem and terrorize neighborhoods and communities. While overall crime in Phoenix may be up due to Mexican crimes, cops say these kinds of kidnappings happen at a rate of eight a day -- and that's just the ones that go reported. Due to the nature of the unsavory characters involved, police figure that the actual number could be double that. It's this epidemic of abductions that has made Phoenix the nation's unofficial kidnapping capital. Gangs are putting bodyparts of children and elderly women in toilet bowls and some are thrown on the tenant's beds and on the floor in the bedrooms to create mayhem against the residents. While this abduction plot had been foiled, authorities in Arizona still need help bringing two more to justice. |

Associated Press Update: HYATTSVILLE, Md.- Police in Prince George's County are looking for two suspects whom they say rammed police cruisers with their vehicle. Officials tell AP News Prince George's County Police officers observed four suspects wanted for robbery around 7:26 Monday morning near the Capitol Plaza Mall on Annapolis Road in Hyattsville. When the suspects noticed the police officers they fled the area in their vehicle, ramming two police cruisers in the process. Officials say the suspects traveled a short distance then bailed out of the vehicle. Two suspects have been apprehended and two more are still on the loose and police have determined that gang criminals are planning to spend the spring and summer committing crimes against neighborhoods and communities and to attack law enforcement in the process of getting away and this is living proof of what to expect in coming months. Mark Brady, spokesperson for Prince George's County Fire and EMS tells AP News the Landover Hills Fire Station #830 along with the Cranford-Graves Fire Services Building were locked down during the search for the suspects. Brady says the decision was made to keep firefighters and paramedics inside Station #830, which is located at the same intersection as the crash and was a convergence point for a large number of police vehicles and officers and as the situation developed and gang criminals such as the MS-13 are "planning a showdown for the police and public this spring and summer". Police are no longer actively searching for the suspects in the area but are on the look-out for the two remaining suspects that are planning to terrorize the neighborhoods and attack any cops and detectives that try apprehending them. Officials say one of the suspects is a medium complected black man who's 5' 10" and 170 pounds. He is wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black t-shirt and black jeans. The second suspect is described as a black male, 5' 7", wearing black jeans, a dark green sweatshirt with a white t-shirt. He may have dreadlocks or corn rows. If any with information that could lead to the arrest of these suspects is asked to contact the Prince George's County Police Department. |
