Immigration agents were pressured to arrest more illegals.

Would this be news if DEA agents were pressured to make more drug arrests. They are both law enforcement officers with different areas of jurisdiction.

Their job is to arrest illegal immigrants. Business and political pressure stopped them from doing their job for years. It looks like they are getting the go ahead to go out and do their job. Glad to hear it.

At this point in time there are 2.5 million illegals in this country. That's alot of people running around undocumented and pretty much free to do as they please.
I would like to pose a question to all those who think our legal system is wrong for going after illegals.
Would you let a complete stranger in your house to live without knowing a single thing about them?
Yeah there's the sob stories of poverty in their home countries and the need to live and support their own..... but first I'd like to know a little about someone before they just march onto American soil to make a life here.
It's not just the sob stories. It's the ones that come here to hide for crimes committed elsewhere or to do criminal activities here.
I know quite a few people who have earned their right to become Americans. Legal Americans. Most of them are more furious about illegals then I am because they earned it.
I have no problem with people earning things. It's a matter of character and integrity and to me the illegals have neither.

That's a very ignorant statement.

Especially in a time like this. I know of quite a few people who are more then willing to do any job they can to make a living.
You're just buying into what big business and the rich have preaching. The only ones that benefit from illegals are the rich. They don't need to provide health care,401K, set up tax I.D.'s, or pay a set wage to undocumented workers. In reality they are exploiting illegals.
What happens if an illegal gets injured or killed at a job?
They're treated as disposable because no one knows or really cares about them anyways.
