How is it fascist to hope our new governor cracks down on welfare? What makes it the taxpayer's responsibility to provide money for people to lazy to work? Hopefully there will be a limit placed on welfare - 2 year max per lifetime. If a person can't get their acts together in 2 years, they can move to another state.
The mess the shrub left this country in IS the reason people cannot "get their acts together in 2 years" You are just another person content to blame your victims. Did you just finish your campaign security job for Rand Paul? It sure seems like you. Instead of declaring war on the poor that you helped create, why not offer a hand to hewlp someone up? Too much humanity for the "right"

Please state ONE example to back up your accusations. Mr. Ritchie, along with all of MN electoral workers take this and all elections very seriously. I have complete failth that our numbers are always correct. You are only mad that you lost the mansion. Sore loser. Stop lying.
Really? I have complete faith that our numbers are somewhat correct and that both sides always cheat. It comes down to who is better at cheating and can get away with it. No small wonder why many people don't vote. Whoever wins has no intention of doing all the crap they promised. They just wanted to get in there.

Why do you keep spouting the same trash? Bush was a puppet of the globalists like Clinton and Soetoro. The only thing that matters to you and the rest of the sheep is what party they came from. It is time to end the blue team cheer leading and grow up.

Republican or democrat, Minnesotans are just dumb. Dumbest state in the nation. Just a laughing stock...
I don't think Minnesotans are dumb, but the system right now is certainly out of whack. For a Democrat to survive a primary, he or she has to be among the 5% most liberal in this country and the reverse is true in the Republican party. We end up getting choices from the fringe or candidates with big flaws like Mr. Coleman (I don't consider him far right). A middle-of-the-road conservative like Siefert probably wins on Tuesday, but the Repubs chose the more extreme person. Both parties need to widen their bases and throw out the litmus tests.

In 2007, Ritchie initially denied knowing how his campaign received a list of e-mail addresses of participants in a state-sponsored program. The list was used to send a citizen an e-mail asking for political contributions. After an investigation by the Legislative Auditor of Minnesota Ritchie admitted that he personally transferred the list, which was publicly available, to his campaign.

They didn't lose the mansion yet, and even if they do, they control it. Sore loser

Bush was a puppet of Clinton and Obama? Go ahead and explain. Also given the conflicting possible meanings of the term Globalism isn't labeling members of either party as such meaningless?

Same thing on the national level. Presidential candidates win their primaries by being the most liberal or conservative and then move to capture the center. I agree, throw out the litmus test. Moderates are already eliminated by the time the Minnesota caucuses roll around so here we dont get to consider them.

Your sarcasm aside, yes it IS horrible. He has in effect raised the costs of our schools to operate because they will now have to borrow the money he is withholding from them. He has raised our property tax rates by cutting LGA grants to our cities, and our corporate tax rates have not driven companies from our state. And the use of defferments and unallotments to balance the budget is in my opinion not only a slimeball move, but should be against our MN constitution that REQUIRES a balanced budget. But something tells me you know this, but will just keep drinking your murdoch kool aid.
Someone seems a little on edge today!! Tough Tuesday for the locals in the DFL losing both the House and Senate, and maybe, just maybe not securing the Gov's spot. HEH HEH HEH. President Obama used the nice word, shellacking, personally I thought it more an old fashion ...kicking.
Have a great week licking your wounds,,, Oh and big congrats to Michelle!!

Minnesota elections are the most honest elections in the country as we proved in 08. Of course I am only talking about the counting of votes, not the lack of integrity of the repukes running.

Just heard Pat Kessler on KFAN say the Coleman campaign believes there was no fraud in 2008. Of course if you think he's too liberal to accurately report than why waste time?

That belief would make your world happy wouldn't it. I am a dem so I am bad, and it's OK for you to be a partisan P OS but let anyone defend against your rhetoric and they are admonished by the teabagger of topix. OK. You are wrong on every count. I even gave ONE vote to a repub this week. I do not vote along strict party lines. I vote for the person best equipped and knowlegable for the job. Most happen to be the dems. How many dem votes did you cast, hypocrite? At least the blue team cheerleading I am doing is for honest people who want to improve our state and country, not the professional liars trained to lie their way into office only to destroy our country with their failed economic policies and hate.

Hang onto your dreams as long as you can, for eventually even the sheeple in Minnesota will start to awaken fully. Enough of them are already awake enough to give the lovely Michelle a resouding victory in the 6th, and as loudly as the bell of constitutionality is ringing, many more will be awake in 2012, the DAY of DOOM for the progresives.

Interesting, since only 341 felons were alleged to have voted (the actual number, after more research, appears to have been much lower,) and it was the Franken team that raised the issue of voting by felons - for some reason, the Coleman legal team decided not to pursue the issue. Could that have been because it was a non-starter? Perhaps it was because the only vote by a felon that could be verified was a vote up in northern Minnesota for Coleman.
