This was very good news! Brian and his family was put through a living hell for no reason

He said from day one he did not know anything about the activity he was accused of. I am glad to have been one of many who believed in innocence and I hope everyone will support him and his business

It seems to me that alot of mistakes are being made when it comes to charging people with crimes in Westmoreland County.Mr Oliff was guilty, they did not care about facts and evidence that is obvious. It did not matter that their informant was a convicted felon and had been charged several times with crimes while working for them as an informant.I wonder if this mistake will also result in a law suit like the one where the Westmoreland deputy charged a man with rape and there was no evidence to prove it so it was dismissed and now the man is suing the county and the deputy.
I am very happy for Mr Oliff and wish him well.

I'm disgusted with all those who believe in innocent until proven guilty unless it is someone else. Then the rumors fly - my fav - that the pizza is so good because they baked cocaine in the pizza crust - really - do you have even two brain cells! Fortunately, there were those with intelligence who believed in their innocence and knew it didn't make sense. Think about it - a successful businessman would risk his family and business, not to mention getting his head bown off by a disgruntled buyer of fake drugs. Really?!

Mr. Brownley was innocent too. I heard that from a bunch of fools from that end of the county.
