Suffolk woman wins $100,000 with lottery ticket
A Suffolk woman who joked that she had the winner recently when she purchased a 10x the Money lottery ticket actually won the game's top prize of $100,000. If she was on welfare she has to give it back to the state.
I am sure she was on some kind of state funding that bought that ticket. Perhaps it was probably my taxes that paid for that ticket.
