Found what I wanted, got new furniture (not something from the salesfloor), delivered to my home by men who knew how to work aroung corners and go up stairs, the order took about eight days to get in my home. I was very pleased with the relaxed envirement and knowledgeable selling staff. I will go back again when I am in need of new furniture or bedding. Thanks Ashley

Tacky-looking furniture, at least a lot of it is. I don't know how you got your furniture in such a short time since usually you have to wait weeks for it. They claim they make it just for you. Yet they have poor quality control.

Bought & paid for furniture 26 July(Opelika, AL Tiger Town). Was told could pick up on Saturday 31 July. Received a phone call from warehouse and was told that I could not pick up until 4 August.

Should have researched prior to buying from Ashley as they seem to have a track record of this, calling and pushing the pick up/delivery date back.

Also, when in the store, there were aboout 6 - 8 sales people. We were the only family in the store at the time. No one greeted us. When they did, we got the new girl. She was nice, a little giggly, but nice. We went to the counter and she was promising the world, she kept asking the girl, who turned out to be the manager, for info/help but did not get it. There were a lot of is & whens that did not get answered do to the manager not helping.

Will leave more if I pick up furniture Wednesday or if it gets pushed back again.

Stay tuned...

Received my furniture today. All seems to be good. They did not call to push pick up back again. Boxes were in good condition and when opened the furniture, it was also in good non scratched condition.
The only bad thing, if you are picking up the furniture at their warehouse, watch for nails. I had to pick up nails & screws out of the way prior to backing up to the loading dock.

Shopped.... was happy
Looked around....greeted, offered help, allowed us room to look on our own but was available to answer questions
Offered info..... info was important. Not just "do you like this?". Sales Staff gave measurements, what it was made of, savings amounts, and recommended other items to go with it.
Placed my order... got NEW product not a floor model! That was important to us. The delivery was set up 13 days later on a day that was convenient for us.
Received delivery... delivery guys were professional
