WHY RADON TESTING? WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS? IF THE COUNTY REQUIRES IT THEY SHOULD PAY FOR IT. JUST THINK OF THE ALREADY EXISTING HOMES, WHAT ABOUT THEM? MANY HOMES DO NOT HAVE BASEMENTS. IF YOU BUILD A HOME WITHOUT A BASEMENT, WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE RADON TESTING?
