Allowing a seatbelt violation to escalate to a chase accross jurisdiction lines to a shootdown of a Doctor in the medical field, within his own garage, wearing his surgical scubs from work. A seatbelt violation BLOWN way out of proportion. In the foot I assume getting out of the truck (a ways down for a man who is only 5' tall) You folks take the seatbelt law way to seriously. It really is dangerous not to "buckle up" you may be shot in the face. To my understanding the good doctor (I met this guy in a clinical setting years ago) never actually shot anyone but you do have good solid here say
