The arrest of Rudy Falbo and his son:
Anyone that knows these two know that emergency personnel must have abused their power. Its called protective instincts. If I was trapped in a car I would CHOOSE THESE TWO TO GET ME OUT over Hurricane police EVERYTIME. RUDY IS A MEDICAL PERSON....worked with him at Putnam General!!

City should form an advisory committee of non partisan citizens like other communities have formed. That way when someone has a legit complaint they would not have to go to mayor or police chief.

Any time an officer uses force such as in this case should warrant an independent investigation and not an interview with a mayor who provided a statement that he supported this. Hopefully this will not be swept under a rug.

The mayor was not eventuate in that situation and just told what he was told. That is not right on his half. Of course he would back them. Rudy Falbo has had training in the medical field and this is what he does for a living. He even did this in the army.

You have absolutely no clue what happened the son and father were attacking the emergency workers he punched them and hit the cops and fire fighters and if hes such a great emergency worker he would have known to back up and let them get her out of the vehicle! it was not his place to jump in there and get in the way! if you dont know what your talking about then dont talk his son attacked my boyfriend for no reason which is a fire fighter and im sorry but they both deserved to be charged with felony assult on police officers and EMS workers because they were just doing their jobs!

just be glad that prick jason moore isn't a cop anymore. I watched him make a drunk man cry and tear his car apart looking for weed and after an hour he didn't find any and still gave him a possesion ticket. His logic was since he wasted his time doing that then he deserved the ticket anyways. He didn't even put the dudes car back together. We spent another 30 mins tryin to put the dash back in while they drove by laughing i'm sure. Joke was on him though cause i had the weed hidden in my shoe the whole time. not only that but he tried to pick up underage girls on facebook! why do you think he resigned before he could be fired? Why did the city sweep it under the rug?

Hurricane PD did the right thing. The father was hindering the rescue efforts and would not let the rescuers do their thing, and then he assaulted them. What a way to thank someone who isn't being paid to cut his daughter out of a car. Good Job Falbo, you got everything you deserved.

If I was in that situation I would have done the same thing. Hurricane's law "enforcement" is a joke. They're a complete embarrassment, they are bullies with badges, and outside of a select few don't even deserve a job.

IN MY OPION,
the hurricane police think they are some kind of gods! When really there just low life guys tryn to get pay back because they were the ones bullied in high school. All they do is pull people over for no reason. I fuking hate them! They pulled me over for no reason, but I fought it and got out of the ticket.:P
