If you're appearing in Magistrate or Family Court you're best bet is to find an attorney who is best buds with the Magistrate/Judge you'll be appearing before.

I STRONGLY disagree!! That man lied to me! I gave that man several thousands of dollars because he told me he could do with it what I requested. The idiot got in the court room and didn't do any of what he told me he would do. The coward wouldn't even speak during hearings. I fired his ass! I then paid a different attorney to do the same thing and he got the job done!

Well I would love to see Shawn Bayliss as the new family court judge. Now that the family court judge will be punished for his abuse of power maybe everyone will get a fair shot against chips "favorite lawyer".
