WVSP busts Halburn

Career criminal Mark Halburn got busted again around 6 PM tonite. Officer Ricardo Phillips pulled him over for operating a motor vehicle while talking on a cell phone. When will the madness end??? When will this convict be locked up for life? Does anybody in Putnam County care about the victims??

I find it odd Mark wants to have his victims face him when he's speaking to him. But he's afraid to face his demons. Have Mark call in to the Tyler Hollywood show. I can bet he's not a real man to face his accuser. Thats why you keep calling. He sends his little boy to do the mans work and it always fails.

Now if super-cop would pull over some of the cops that use their phones while driving I would truly be impressed. Shoot, he doesn't need to get them all, just one. I was behind a lady cop in Teays Valley the other day, heading to the court house in Winfield. She talked on the phone all the way to the court house then when she got there she got out of her police car and continued to talk for another 30 minutes. I had dropped someone off there and was waiting for them. I like the new law about not talking on the phone while driving but it seems Putnams finest are just as guilty as some others of this offense.
