Way to be a man eric. Most people would just have not said anything at all. But you admitted you were wrong, and did what needed to be done. All of us make mistakes, none of us are perfect. Hopefully this shows you not to be so quick to jump the gun and assume things. There still are good, honest people on this earth, Psycho proves that!

My mother lives in NYC and my aunt in pa . They are both seniors and I want them to move to wv to be closer to family . My son spoke to me about sable point . I looked it up on the internet and the place looks almost to good to be true for the price . What I was wondering does it really have the pool and club house . Is there tanning there like he said and is it safe for seniors ? These ladies have worked hard their whole lives and now I just want to keep them safe with out having to break the bank so to speak . So if any one can help me plz leave comment cause from what I see on here it looks like NYC is safer . Thanks jen

Certainly not some place you want your mother and aunt to live. Devonshire in Teays Valley is fabulous but pricey. Two bedroom apartment is $1200 month. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, movie theatre. Patton Place in Winfield is a nice place, rent based on income, but no luxuries.

There is nothing wrong with sable except it has a bad rep. New management came in last year and now its great. We've been here 5 years. They restored the pool this summer. No tanning beds

Have lived at Sable Point for 14 years now...It has had it's ups and downs.Just don't let people know your business...The cops ARE NOT called upon daily!!! It is a great place to live at...I have 2 Sons...My oldest was 7 1/2 when we moved here,he is 21 now.I also have an 8 year old that is VERY SMART....Makes

straight A's...So thanks to all the negative people that doesn't know much about Sable Point,I have Two smart and Very well respectable sons that I'm VERY proud of.It's all in how you raise your children...Rich or Poor...I know plenty of fack Christian's that raise the biggest unrespectable children Iv'e ever meet...Judge an ye Shall be judged...I was raised in Church myself... Much love and Peace!!!!

It looked nice so I applied for an apartment in Sable Point, but they turned me away for making too much money. They said they're not low income housing, but evidently I can't live there if I make more than $30k/year. What's that about?

Are you sure this place isn't low income housing?
