This ding-bat from Minnesota was put in jail in Huron, SD for a minor felony theft warrant from Minnesota. The most time he could have gotten for the theft was three years. Then he escapes from custody, crosses a state line and gets caught.
Okay, escape in South Dakota you can get ten years in prison.
Crossing a state line to avoid prosecution is a federal crime, more prison time in a Federal prison.
The two dummies that helped him will be charged with aiding and abetting an escape, prison time.
This guy needs a sanity hearing, QUICKLY!!
