All these "good" people that would take the word of a drug addicted bar floozy and judge getting sexual favors from her are just as guilty as the judge and his lover are. Hopefully they'll get to see the judge, da, and the whore, marched out of a courtroom into a prison dressed in orange. I'm looking forward to it. I'll bet these people that think Don Miller is guilty all know the truth and are afraid they'll be found out as well. I knew Don's son and know Don is innocent. For a judge to misuse his authority to get revenge on someone out of pure jealousy is an outrage and scary. I'll do all I can to see Judge Madden held accountable for his corruption. What were Connie and Judge Madden doing in the bar bathroom back in the 90's. Wasn't cocaine called the "big lie"? Not many lies bigger than this one. Hopefully it's too big to succeed any longer. As for these people that think Don is guilty, I'll keep it clean:SCUM! Judge Madden, DA Lipske, Sheriff Bruneau, Connie Vargavich and anyone that supports these undesirables are the criminals. Free Don Miller now!

Really courthouse mouse, you stand behind Lipske and Madden? Do you know of their latest blunder? Sending a woman illegally to prison for almost 3 years? A huge blunder by the DA... she should have never been sent? Did you happen,by chance, to read the trial transcript of the Miller case? Do you know all the evidence that was withheld? Evidence that would have proven Don innocent? Did you also know that Connie has accused many men of the same thing? Do you even inform yourself before you open your mouth?

I was falsely accused of rape.Thank God they didn't go ahead with charges, or else I'd be trying to prove innocence.
As far as this case, I read through it all and I cannot believe he was convicted. The alleged victim's testimony alone was screaming lies. The laser pistol sight that she remembers so clearly, that didn't exist, but she can't remember anywhere she was or the timeline of anything. The fact that she had 6 restraining orders out on 5 different men all for the same exact threats.

By saying "guilty" they are professing their illiteracy, proving they cannot read undisputed facts in black and white print. Morons who ignore facts, which is why they are morons. Don had since been released from prison, having had his sentence cut short by 22-years. No guilty man would have had a sentence so severely reduced, and that it happened and Don is free is proof enough that he did not deserve to be in prison, and to his credit Judge Madden helped Don.
