MAYBE IF THEY HAD CARED ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR FATHER TO VISIT HIM REGULARLY THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT WAS GOING ON!!! It's all about the money now.
I know someone who has relatives out-of-town who are in their own LaLa land and want to believe their Mom is OK and can live alone. NOT!!!
"He was living in a home infested with mice," according to a statement that Bloom's family - his son, George Bloom III, and his daughters, Eva Bloom, Laura Bloom and Alison Bloom - prepared for the court. "He had little food, no running water and no heat and there were mice feces everywhere. The stench in his house was unbearable. At the time of his death, he had oozing sores all over his body and he was caked in his own feces."
George Bloom, who was 74 at the time of his death, had moved to Hurley from California in 2001 after retiring as a television writer. But it was not until he died in January 2007 that his family suspected anything was wrong.
