And so goes swift justice in the old west. So what if she was happy in the mug shot. Probably happy she got another tatoo and the cash to pay for it. I want to know what a feminine hair cut is.

I'd probably hyperventilate, too, if I had to face that terrifying hoodlum in court.

I think the witness was threatened by the alleged robber as she left the store saying she would kill her if the clerk turned her in. I imagine the clerk is scared to death this meth-head will most likely get out of doing jail time and come back to get even with her.
With the DA and judges we have here (can you say plea deal and no jail time?), I would say the clerk has every right to be concerned about her personal well-being.

The clerk needs to get out of the area as quickly as possible. No one will protect her. She has no rights. Those in power will lie to her & they will use her, but no one in this county will lift a finger to protect her. Don't become another victim of Silver City justice. RUN
