Really? Does that mean I lose my investment? I was getting paid, but those payments stopped about a year ago. What offshore venture are they involved in? I searched, but don't see anything they are involved in. I would like to know if you can help me.
Sadly your plite is not exclusive to you. From those that I have talked to. Payment as you described is the standard for them. Get hold of District Court in L.C and get the info on the case. Your next move will be to get on the list of creditors so you can keep up with whats happening with them. Hopefully you have something in writing with them.

Don't figure
Savoy owes contractors moneys for work performed two plus years ago. And are petitioning there creditors to allow them cash flow to pay employees. But yet they are engaged in new projects on the premises. If thay have the money to spend on these new projects why haven't thay payed off there old debts first?

The lawyer who represented the people that were scammed was paid by the company buying the business What a crock. The only people who made money were the lawyers. What a country.

T/A purchased the place at suction. The IRS was running it... It now stands as one of Petro's most beautiful establishments.
