And still, they are finding 20-30 years, after the fact, that 20 something inmates per month in Texas are innocent, including those they have already murdered.
It's not bad enough that they are convicting innocent people, and put some to death, but that means that the Real Rapist or Real Murderer is STILL OUT THERE.
That means that there are rapists and murderers still wandering around and they know the name and address of the person that they raped or family.
And the original raped person thinks they are safe now.
Oh boy !
There are too many problems with the court system and juries that obviously believe everything,
to have death row.
I know it cant be used "in court" but they should give each accused a Lie Detector Test just to see how far wrong they are before they start prosecuting someone.
And the jury ststem: What a joke. They dont want to be there. They have house payments, car payments, kids to pick up at school and they could care less how they vote. They just want to go home.

This is not their regular job. They dont even know the candidates when they vote. 50% of the people vote D and the other half vote R.
Both have access to the same information, but each votes differently.
That is what juries do when everyone has the same info.
They might as well flip a coin because there ARE people in jail right now that are innocent.
What a shame this jury system is.
THEN CHANGE IT.
IT is wrong.

This guy admits he did the crime, gets tried and sentenced in a court of law, and now all of a sudden the sentencing means nothing? What a joke our judiciary system has become. No wonder people think they can (and do) get away with murder.
