Well God forbid that we should carry out executions with a rare substance. How did Foster kill this Sudanese woman? Maybe THAT should be his form of execution. If he viciously killed her ... well, too bad for him.

This is pure BS! I agree with Quark. This sob should suffer what he caused to his victim. In fact every asshole in prison should suffer the consequences of their victims. Our great system of injustice is getting ever more absurd. Why in all insanity would the supreme court show any interest in someone's apparently rather humane method of death! We need to empty the jails, not add to them.

Obviously missed last night's "Harry's Law" :-)

I would hope that you two aren't so quick to put your trust in the criminal system. How many cases in Texas alone have been overturned because of newly found evidence, confessions from the actual perpetrators or as has been in most cases being cleared by DNA.

Let the system work right for once instead if rushing to punish someone take the time to make sure the police gathered TRUE evidence, make sure witnesses are giving TRUE and ACCURATE testimony, make sure above all else that the prosecutors are not being overzealous in their rush to get a conviction.

If this man is guilty then so be it, but it bothers me that our society has no compassion or concern to guard against innocent people being maliciously prosecuted and even more being executed for something they did not do.
