Former worker who shot 2 at Texas ranch set to die
Convicted killer Gary Johnson looked to the U.S. Supreme Court to stop his execution scheduled for Tuesday evening for fatally shooting a ranch foreman and another man who interrupted his burglary of a southeast Texas ranch nearly 24 years ago.

Jim Hazelton was a sweet, caring man..... glad the the SOB that murdered him and took Jim away from his family has paid. My prayers go to his family.

i am sure he was but the million questions always remain... did this person really do it ?
people get convicted of crimes they never committed because of politics and votes
